The most welcoming staff ever! We loved every single moment at The Kirana. We found it very refreshing as it was off the main road, so perfect to unwind after a long day walking around. The pool area is divine; comfy beds and delicious and well presented breakfast every morning.

Sadly a little tired after Covid. Could use a little new investment. Pool is believed to have a leak so has a water level about 15 inches below its normal level. Just the one pool umbrella but old, shabby and mouldy. The pool loungers mostly had holes in and need replacing, a victim of two Covid years just left out to perish.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Off the main road so was very quiet and peaceful. Cool and funky raised accommodation.

The breakfast is very good and the whole staff in gerneral is super nice. Pool looked clean and the area is quiet.

Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, and the facility is well-maintained. You have the option to reserve spa treatments and rent scooters at this establishment.

Information for Management: maybe better you're put light in the sign "Kirana Villa Ungasan" in main street because not everyone have internet when theyre arrived in first day to use google maps.. Hope the Management take seriously this suggestion,good for you and for guest👍

very basic rooms but lovely view and nice pool. restaurant also basic but service very good by Bali standards. beat to hire a scooter to get around. about 20 minutes from the beach.

some maintenance needs to be done. my door wasn’t t closing properly, the room lacked a rubbish bin (other from the one in the bathroom). breakfast wasn’t to generous, I really liked porridge, but I was disappointed by cereal/yoghurt (there was only a spoon of yogurt so basically you had cereals, not really fresh)

Nice price, I would!t have take it for more than I payed it. Staff is very nice and helpful, they arranged a motorbike as soon as I arrived. Rooms were clean (there’s room for improvement though) and fairly equipped. nice pool, cozy place.

The room looked nice but wasn't very clean. There's lots of dead ants on the bed. We called staff and they cleaned for us but there's still lots of dead ants fell off the ceiling. There's also ants inside the blanket and they bit us. The most annoying thing was that the shower hot water ran out! We were half way taking shower and the hot water stopped. We called staff and they told us they only had limited hot water in the tank, once run out we have to wait around 5-10 min for it to become hot again. It's just annoying when you shower half way and full of soap. The curtain was broken we couldn't fully close it. There's no hair conditioner and the hair dryer was old and rusty. If the facilities were cleaned properly I will like this place.

The tall wood houses looked very cute and interesting, and you can see great view when standing on the balcony. Restaurant inside the hotel provide great food. Staff members are very friendly and kind. The pool is very clean and nice and you can enjoy the great veiw when swimming.

The house is on stilts and with any movement it swayed, but in general , this did not spoil the overall impression

The breakfast was poor and not so exclusive as we could read in the reviews.

One of the main reasons for the choice of this place was the construction of the rooms, it were traditional stilt houses with own bath and bed room. Awesome! Secondly, from each private terrace of all 7 house, one can see the famous GWK statue on top of the pool. So congratulations to the one who had this idea to build this mini park. The staff is extremely helpful.

The bathroom is not as big as expected.

The location is amazing to go to visit the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. the view is amazing and you can appreciate the statue from there. The breakfast is really good compared to other hotels we stayed.

if I had to pick one thing it would maybe be that it’s located down a dimly/non lit street so going to the closest shop was a little scary but was maximum two minutes walk so really wasn’t a problem at all!

the staff went above and beyond they were so polite and helpful, everywhere was tidy the breakfast was lovely and the view from the pool was amazing!

Nothing but amazing things to say about The Kirana Ungasan! The hospitality & staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt very welcomed upon arrival by all staff members and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Our bungalow by the pool was lovely. The room was large & had everything we needed (mini fridge, AC, a table, coffee maker, robes, etc) The bathroom was nice & big with a stand up shower. Our bed and pillows were both very comfortable, we slept well at the Kirana. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had, everything on the menu was delicious and there was a wide variety. (Western breakfast, fried noodles & oatmeal) Delicious food. One of the nights we decided to try the seafood BBQ for two (a romantic dinner) and we were blown away. The tuna steak was mouth watering. I’d highly recommend one of the dinners for two during your stay. They arrange a beautiful table with flowers beside the pool and you get to watch the chef cook your meal! It was an amazing experience. Check in/check out was smooth. We can’t wait to stay here again during our next trip to Bali.
