The hotel is a little outside the centre of Canggu and all of the hot spots, requiring a 20 minute drive to most popular cafes, shops etc however there are definitely still some great options within walking distance. My room was very dark which made doing my make up very difficult as well as this the pool in my room was entirely undercover, with no sunlight, this was really disappointing. The pool was also an awkward depth, roughly to about hip height so I had to kneel to be submerged, nevertheless it was still great to have a private pool in my room.

The hotel is beautifully designed, very modern and stylish. Bed and lounge were very comfortable and facilities exceeded expectations. Staff were very friendly and had excellent customer service. The ability to be able to watch Netflix and utilise screen casting on the TV was also great.

The location was excellent, and the size of the room was exceptional for the price. Also we got free admission to Atlas Beach Club which was so lovely and relaxing. The restaurant Vatos served the most authentic delicious Mexican food top, and great offers on the drinks. All the bar staff were super friendly when we stayed in April 2024.

Only tiny adjustments I'd suggest to elevate the experience: 1) They could put some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels as it's just a drying rack at the moment 2) The mirrors were quite dark so hard to get an accurate reflection

I loved my 5 night stay here, at the end of 3 weeks in Indonesia, it was the perfect escape of convenience and luxury. Location in Berawa was fantastic in between Kuta/Seminyak area and then more upmarket Canggu/Pererenan area. Great cafes, shopping and restaurants right outside, including the house restaurant Vatos. The hotel is beautifully detailed in a modern high-end aesthetic. The rooftop pool immaculate. I had a plunge pool room which I loved, and I only really heard noise a few nights over the weekend, the rooms were relatively soundproof for Bali (an impressive feat!). Loved that they provided water in the rooms each day, and also the turn down service in the evening if you like. Will definitely stay again - and saw that a gym/sauna area is "coming soon". Hopefully by the next time I return!

For the suite I was expecting a private swimming pool but its an extremely small matter.

The room was amazing. Spacious, clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable and the pillow was just right. It's extremely rare that I sleep in a hotel and not get a back or neck ache the next morning. The service was top notch by the staff. I made the mistake of staying at another place 1 month after staying in the Komu. I'll definitely won't repeat the same mistake next time I'm in Canggu.

Do not have the option for white lights in the room. Only have orange/down lights, thus can be a little dim at night and made my eyes 'sleepy' especially at night. Pillows a little too soft for my liking. Above are all personal preferences, other than that nothing too serious! :)

Greeted with very friendly and helpful staff with good english, made communicating easier. Room was amazing! Was already prepared for us before check in (lights and air con was already on for us - we landed late due to flight delay). Food is ok. Not buffet style, but still taste good. Location ok too. Many shops, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Would recommend Komu!

The room was so spacious, and the photos did not do it justice! The restaurant attached Vatos also had amazing food and drinks too, with really good offers! We struck gold staying here as it only opened November 2023, but already they have a great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Our room was more than we bargained for. The shower and bath are so spacious and very cleverly designed. An outdoor wrap around balcony also gave incredible light to our room. The pool upstairs too is perfect size and allowed time to cool down and relax.

Great location if you want to be near Finns and atlas but stay in a quiet hotel We stayed in a studio with pool view on the top floor and was really nice and not overlooked.

Use of the coffee machine or kettle required the main lights to be on which only a light annoyance.

Room lighting was a little bit dim and I didn’t realise the plunge pool did not get any sunlight.

The location is fantastic, staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too.

Basically only thing I didn’t love was the good offering, while exciting mex/asian fusion, after two days you just want comfort food. Give me a club sandwich or a normal burger if I’m eating in.

Property is brand new, excellent design for a traveller these days. Modern, well equipped with everything someone would need, smart TV spacious, plunge pool with a view.

App needs to be downloaded to your personal device for room service. It would be great if this could be done with an iPad already in the room. The breakfast menu was limited for lighter choices, a lot of heavier meals that are more suited to dinner.

Very modern, clean and zen feeling hotel - perfect for a relaxing holiday. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and made our stay even nicer. Located on a quieter street on Canggu but lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Also close to the beach clubs but you cannot hear the noise. Would definitely recommend.

In my first room there was an unidentified creature in the space above the bathroom near to the AC, too big to be a rat, maybe lizard or large squirral. The property is still new with alot of new development so its not a long standing issue and I was moved to same category room quickly enough.
