The property was amazing with no negative points.

The villa is amazing and has everything that you need. The housekeeping staff led by Wayan are highly organised and efficient and are super helpful. The private pool is lovely and the villa is in a great location to the shops/bars. Taxis are incredibly cheap and there are multiple taxis around Seminyak. Ubud and Finns beach club are definitely worth a visit. All in all we had an exceptional holiday and would highly recommend The Kons villa.

The ongoing construction work that was happening detracted from the ability to be able to relax due to hammering and drilling . We understand that this needs to be done to facilitate the construction of the new villas, but it should be made aware to potential guests that it will be happening while they stay . Also they need to provide a few more coat hangers a tea towel and some drinking glasses as there were only small teacups provided .

The villas were private , clean and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them . They made you feel very welcomed. The walk to the main street of Seminyak was less than 10 minutes away .

Do not offer free airport transfer despite staying 3 nights. Other villas do offer such service. Shuttle service is only allowed once a day to Seminyak Square.

It would have been nice if there were curtains in the living room as one day we were inside all day for Nyepi Day and it was hard to watch tv because of the glare. The shower heads were quite calcified but I let reception know so I believe that will be fixed.

We loved the pool and outdoor area, there was so much space for a 1 bedroom villa. Everything you need, fantastic helpful staff and arrest location for local eats and shopping.

The mattress was slightly stiffer than ideal but still comfortable enough.

The setup of this villa was amazing with a separate area for both the bedroom/bathroom and then the living/kitchen area. The outdoor undercover pathway connecting the two was a good touch - adjacent to the private pool. Privacy during our stay was no concern at all. Also the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - always happy to lend a hand or answer any questions we had.

We loved the villa, it was a beautiful escape from the busy Seminyak. We loved the beautiful furnishings, amazing bed and fantastic pool. We would come back again for longer next time .

Everything about our Villa was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff, from opening car doors of our transport for us to the team of cleaning staff that arrived like magic when we put our clean sign out. Our Villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained with fresh linen daily. The gardens and pool are peaceful and although right in the middle of Seminyak you couldn’t hear traffic or other guests,it really felt like we were the only ones staying.The staff were professional,friendly and fun,we can’t wait to return to The Kons.

The breakfast is heavily overpriced for what you get and not that great.

The villa was clean, spacious, and laid out well. Good sized pool and chairs and beds. AC worked properly, staff was great and helpful.

What an amazing stay!! Huge open plan Villa which you can really make feel like home, the staff are amazing! Perfect Villa if you are wanting a nice quiet relaxing stay somewhere. The property also offers stress free scooter rentals per day, scoopy was only $10 a day with no hidden cost. Wish we had stayed here longer

From our arrival to our departure, the Kons villa was perfect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a one bedroom villa and the room was perfectly air conditioned when we arrived. The villa is really nice, with a private pool. We didn’t need the kitchen but it would be nice to use if you need it. If you’re looking around, this is a great option and is walkable to restaurants, cafes and shops. Lovely!

Bed was a bit firm and pillows too high & couldn’t watch Netflix in bedroom as not good wifi, only reason for a 9 instead of ten

From beginning to end staff were really friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We spend our honeymoon here at the Kons villa. The villa was big enough to have a separate living room and kitchen, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was so big with a big bath tub and separated shower. Staff cleaned our villa everyday, and made sure at night someone will spray mosquito repellent every night. During our stay we had a Balinese massage which was so relaxing and soothing. Location was great not too far from airport, seminyak village shopping centre, and seminyak Beach. Had an amazing stay thanks to wawan, newan, Dewa, perdana, the lovely two lady’s at the reception and other staff that I didn’t mention forgot names but thank you for welcoming us and making our stay above and beyond.
