We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOne of the bathrooms had some issues - it smelled pretty bad (sewerage) each morn, and every time we showered the water pooled around the tub and went all over the floor. The water also struggled to go down the drain while showering. (The other bathroom did not have these issues). The other issue was noise. We could hear our neighbours, traffic and partying all night long but it was the week between Christmas and new years. It didn’t ruin our stay. Just a couple of minor glitches overall.
We stayed in a 2bed pool villa (no.1) closest to reception. Beautiful. Spacious. Large pool. Comfortable beds. Breakfast daily. Attentive staff (nothing was too much trouble). Location was great, a short walk or scooter ride to Eat street Seminyak. Would stay again!

AustraliaThe stairs where a little overwhelming with so many little ones however the staff did there best to accomodate a baby gate though not the best location to have it it did work well. More variety in menu wouldn’t go astray.
The staff, super friendly, super accomodating and very approachable. We spent quite a few days at the villa just soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful pools.

AustraliaThe Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Daily house keeping with fresh towels was wonderful. Staff were extremely welcoming, happy and always helpful. Airport shuttle services and internal shuttle service was much appreciated. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and birthday message on my bed :) I would highly recommend.

AustraliaThe property is somewhat dated. The pool was passable but not in a great condition. If one brings kids, be mindful of pool safety. The website says it has an on-site chef for all meals. This is not true, as the chef is only available for breakfast only.
Great value for money villa. Its a 5 minutes walk to the main seminyak strip for bars and shops. The staff have been amazing to accommodate all our needs.

AustraliaTop two bedrooms were good, bathrooms weren’t as modern, one of the showers leaked but apart from that nothing else to fault really.
Just finished a 5 night stay at the property with 6 people. The Villa was very pretty, pool was lovely. Looks like photos. Breakfast was decent, they cooked in our Villa. You could choose from eggs, granola, pancakes or Indonesian meals. Came with fruit platters and delicious juice. Bottom bedroom was amazing, outdoor bathroom was very cool. Staff were very friendly and rooms were cleaned daily! They also mozzie sprayed every day

everything was perfect with this villa. we have stayed in many but this one was perfect location to great shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. the unit had everything you need and was spotless. the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. the daily breakfast cooked in the room was wonderful and they went out of their way to make my birthday extra special by dressing up the bedroom, bringing me a cake and singing me happy birthday. I didn’t want to leave as they make you feel at home. would recommend it to anyone and have already told my friends about it. Thank you Kumpi villa for everything. we’ll see you again hopefully soon

AustraliaThis property was in a great location, so close to the main eating and shopping strip in Seminyak, then a short walk to the beach. it was perfect! The staff were friendly and nothing was too much hassle. The complimentary breakfasts cooked in the villa were delicious. the pool was nice and deep and plenty big enough. we had so much space and it was such a clam tranquil space with all of the foliage. I was overall very happy with our stay here, such great value.

AustraliaThe bathrooms. In the 3 bedroom villa the bathroom is outside which sounds nice until it rains, and everything gets wet. Even though they spray your rooms and the open area every day you still get mossies' and flies. With the open living area you have no escape from the elements unless you stay in your bedroom. Bathrooms in villa 3 need so much work. They are dated, pokey and stink. They rate themselves as luxury villas and they are not.
We had villa 3 and 4. They come to clean the villas everyday with fresh towels. We had the breakfast one morning but was cold by the time it was served to us. The location is 5-10 walk into the main town. The staff are amazing and do everything they can for you.

CroatiaThe villa's pool had murky water. We researched it and found it was bacteria, so we did not swim. In the three nights of our stay, no one came to treat the pool. It defeated the purpose of renting a villa with a pool. I was terribly disappointed about that.
