Was lucky enough to stay at Kunja Villas a couple of times recently and got upgraded to the three bedroom villa for the second stay. Both villas were beautiful with great facilities (worth noting that that the living area/kitchen and bathrooms are outdoors. Not a problem for me but still may not be everyone’s cup of tea. The staff were also very friendly and willing to help. Location wise, Kunja is perfectly situated away from the main streets so that it is nice and quiet but you are still only a couple of mins away from the action.

Spacious and comfortable, very nice and helpful staff, one of the outstanding points is the shuttle service into the city and to different outstanding Restaurants which are a bit more far way to walk, we already stayed there some years before…..and same hospitality which we experienced the years before.

Kunja Villa's exceeded our expectations on what our Bali stay was going to be like. We were greeted with such a warm welcome from reception, the 24hr security made us also feel extra safe. We were transported to our villa via a buggy and as our door opened, our first reaction was WOW. The pool was incredible, and so large for 2 guests, the living area was spacious, clean and comfortable, and not to mention the bedroom was perfectly air-conditioned. Each area was so large for 2 guests, it never felt like we were imposing on the other's space. We were sad to leave and are trying to organise when we can go back. The location was good, only a 5 minute grab ride to anywhere we wanted to go.

The presentation of the villa was second to none. Staff very friendly and the breakfast cooked by a personal chef was a great touch. Complimentary local shuttle service was available when needed. The spa services were very good and reasonably priced.

There was nothing we did not like about the villa. It was excellent.

We liked everything about the Villa. The breakfast was superb. Had a choice of three different types of breakfast that were prepared each morning at our villa. The location was excellent in Seminyak. We will definitely return.

One of the most luxurious villas we have stayed in. Everything was immaculate. Villas are huge and very private, with little to no noise from anywhere. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! Staff were wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing start to our trip.

Kunja Villas are amazing. From the outside you would not pick the oasis that lies beyond the fairly plain street frontage. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was magnificent. The bedrooms are oversized with large ensuites all air conditioned. There is a large comfortable living area under a huge domed roof with fans and the most spectacular swimming pool with beautifully landscaped gardens. The resort has a buggy which drops you into Seninyak as an added bonus. The staff were also lovely and helpful. I highly recommend a stay at Kunja Villas and Spa.

The bathroom was not enclosed and opened up to the outside area, so it got a bit warm. The bamboo blind was good for privacy

It’s next to good cafes and restaurants. A short ride to beach clubs and main area.

We got there 5 hours before check in and this was not a problem - our room was available upon arrival. The villa was very spacious and felt very luxurious with our own pool. One night we opted for the private in-villa bbq which was exceptional. The spa and treatments were amazing. The service and the attention to detail from all of the staff was exquisite.

Service was good but by Bali standards and compared to other properties on this trip the service wasn’t as proactive. Some language barriers with reception staff and generally reception not very helpful/proactive.

Beautiful property, well maintained, just like the pictures. Loved the pool, big space inside and out The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and beach clubs. Great service by villa when it came to local drop offs - easily organised and free within a close radius

The bathroom space is not enclosed so is open to the front, so can get a little humid and attract mosquitoes.

The property was beautiful. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would 100% stay again if visiting the area.

We stayed here 3 times during our 8 day trip in Bali. Sometimes there was a drain smell when swimming in the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. So welcoming and enthusiastic to help with anything. The villa itself is stunning The pool was amazing and perfect for our morning and evening swims. Breakfast made and served in the villa outdoor kitchen was fantastic
