No breakfast,Internet very patchy, no screens on windows which would be perfect to sleep with them open above bed at night. Definitely need transport as no beaches or attractions close. Mini mart 700mtrs down road near a terrific warung called Joglow. (Turn right and stay on main road to get to both ) Property will have warung for meals and massage and spa centre very soon.

Excellent free standing villa, beautifully furnished, lots of sockets ( rare in bali ) beautiful pool. Everything ultra clean. Staff so friendly.

A really stunning enclave with a nice swimming pool in a lush garden and a few wonderful and comfortable villas with a pinch of local design. A good place to visit Uluwatu Temple and nearby beaches. The staff is really friendly, they even helped us to exchange a bulb in a rear lamp of our motorbike. Fully recommend!

Unless you’re headed to Savaya or looking for a secluded oasis away from most places, it’s quite a distance away from central Uluwatu.

Accommodating and friendly staff and a nice secluded oasis. We had an event at the beach club Savaya which was a 12 min walk away.

Didn’t dislike anything but perhaps would be even better if there was food available. There is water, tea and coffee provided though.

This place was such good value for money. The room was lovely and really spacious. Gorgeous pool area, and staff were really friendly. Also yoga classes on site.

it doesn’t offer breakfast as i think it is still under construction, the location is out of the way - not walking distance to anything. there could be a vending machine or something where we can buy some cold drinks or snacks from.

Loved the property. room was nice and bed was comfortable. the pool is very nice and it is quiet so we had it all to ourselves when we used it.

The hotel was amazing! It was out of the way but it was in a lovely location. The rooms were incredible, clean and set out really well! I went with my family and it was a great place to just chill. The pool was great and the staff were amazing helped with all our bags when we go there and helped with anything we needed. Rooms were cleaned daily. Nice little spot for a chill get away. Close to the town of Uluwatu with shops, restaurants and the beach close by.

You can rent scooters there and it is close to Savaya! We actually scooted there and took a taxi home, then picked up our scooter the next day. There was construction going on but it didn’t wake us up in the morning at all, it was one of the best night sleeps we got!

The place is so beautiful, comfortable and clean. By far the best of our bookings around Bali and Lombok. We've enjoyed our stay so much. Kadek, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Definitely coming back!

The only (minor) downside is the lack of restaurant in site, but you can easily and cheaply order food with Grab or rent a scooter. Not on a main road, so walking there can be tricky, but again, the scooter is easy.

Kadek was very friendly and helpful, the scooter we rented from him was in great condition, the bungalows are nice and clean and comfortable, the pool is lovely and the surroundings quite serene and peaceful. We were very pleasantly surprised by the place and after 5 nights, we didn't want to leave.

The staff was great, the Villa was clean and beds comfortable. There is a construction going on from 8am, but you are not coming to Bali to stay inside during the day. Highly recommend !
