Beautiful Villa and facilities, lay out of villa was amazing and comfortable. Hands down the best staff who always went above and beyond,no hesitation to help anytime of the day.we had the 3 bedroom villa with a family of 6 ,it was very impressive highly recommened for big families.

What a place to relax, our pool and garden was so tranquil and private. We spent almost all of our two wonderful days here in the villa, experiencing the unique designs, divine massages, flower baths, floating breakfast was to die for on our first day and on our second day we ate in the onsite restaurant, restaurant is so cozy and divine we choose to eat most of our other meals here, we are Italian and this restaurant would rival any in Italy. Nice selection of wines and prosecco delivered to our villa. Reception is on hand 24 hours a day to help you with anything you need and all staff are very polite, friendly and professional. We cannot wait to return next year and stay longer.

-The villa is a bit old. -There are no AC on the living room at all. ACs are only on the bedrooms. -Third bedroom is located on the lower floor, I thought this villa is one floor. -There was a stray cat entered the villa on one of the mornings and ate our snacks. -They didn't provide any toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, etc. I didn't ask because we brought extra from our previous hotel.

The pool was nice. Staffs were very polite as well. Location was pretty good too.

SPECTACULAR Our stay in the beautiful and well decorated 1 bedroom villa was nothing but spectacular, from the very attentive and friendly F&B service delivering amazing cuisine from the onsite restaurant "Settimo Cielo", (the In villa menu is different from the onsite restaurant where you may have a change of cuisine and experience some of the finest Italian cuisine we ever had), to the house keeping service, always smiling and keeping our villa super clean twice a day😊 to the ever helpful reception team who helped us organize tours and some In villa Muay Thai boxing for us, they even have a buggy that will drop you off free of charge to the surrounding areas including to the extremely professional "Soham Gym" just around the corner where you will also get a discount if you stay at The Layar. We loved that the villa is right in the middle of everything in Seminyak, but on a slightly quieter road, yet you feel like you have stepped away into a peaceful oasis, you cannot hear any noise from the road or clubs. We only experienced one small concern with a leaking tap and this was fixed immediately.

I can write a book on how much I’m disappointed. The bathroom is open-air from both sides, I saw a cockroach in the shower, the toilet seat had a lot of red huge ants on it, probably because they never clean it properly. The cleanliness is very poor, I threw a towel on the floor see they know that it’s dirty, instead they just folded it and put it on the couch and didn’t change it. The food is really really bad, it’s below average. I had to force feed myself because I had breakfast included. The dishes are very old and scratched. I had egg Benedict, it smelled bad and there was a small piece of noodle in the same dish as well!! The staff are very annoying and not professional, they open the door of the villa directly after knocking on the door, never wait for you to answer. No respect to the customer’s privacy. The villa is very old, most of the walls have cracks and need to be painted. The closet door doesn’t close properly. The pool and shower wood is very old and not in good and safe condition. I contacted them to wash and iron some of my clothes, they returned them damaged, and their excuse was “It’s an outside laundry and we don’t take responsibility!!” I wasn’t told at the beginning that they would give my expensive clothes to an outside laundry!! They didn’t pay for the damages. The worst experience in my life, I will never live in this place again even if it’s for free.

The pool was the only good thing in the Villa.
