I've lost count of the number of times we have stayed at The Legian over the years. Each stay resembles the others - that is to say everything is perfect. The consistently high quality of service, attention and care, dedication to keeping the property in perfect condition, beautiful, memorable rooms, fabulous food and of course the facilities and location - from the moment you arrive until it's sadly time to leave, it's a pleasure to stay at this property, made all the more special by the exceptional staff.

United StatesI first must say, these are minor in comparison to all the good! The wifi was slow and didn't seem to work great. That was frustrating at times. I would also recommend some large fans for the outdoor eating area, especially for during the daytime meals. We had the Easter Brunch and sat in the dining for 2 hours and it was stifling! There was no breeze and we were almost too hot to enjoy. Some big fans would have helped immensely to get some circulation.
The service was amazing, the pools were amazing, the location on the beach was amazing! The lounge chairs and service at the outdoor spaces was excellent. Our room was beautiful and I LOVED that they gave us plenty of drinking water in the room. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent! The beach is heavenly, we walked for hours up and down the forever expansive beach with soft sand and perfect waves and the warmest water! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers that want to be pampered! They surprised us with a happy Anniversary cake upon arrival and gave us a second one our last night! They went above and beyond with every detail!! LOVED OUR STAY!!!!

Breakfast with a sea view was amazing. Room was lavish and extremely comfortable - with a large balcony and ocean view. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. We were pleasantly surprised with great room service twice a day and lovely treats in the evening. All in all an awesome stay! I would highly recommend this property and would come back again.

The property is beautiful. Excellent facilities, clean and well decorated room & fully stocked amentities. The view is outstanding - and the overall vibe is one of peace and comfort. Staff were amazing, attentive and helpful - at all times. Great team. Restaurant is good (excellent breakfast) but lunch and dinner choices need to be expanded - especially for guests who stay longer than 3 days, and maybe looking for variety. But property is close enough to many restaurants - so this is not an issue at all. Location to close by Seminyak Shopping Street is a plus - as easy to walk and avoid taking local transport & traffic jam.

United StatesOur room was wonderful as was the view from the patio. The turn down service was awesome. WE did book for the traditional Indonesian dinner and the seafood dinner. Both were memorable. The staff at the Legian were very traveler friendly and most helpful. Mr. Rico made it a point to meet all new visitors personally which was something that was very different from other hotels and an added touch to make us feel welcomed. We loved the pool area specially the three pools from which one could see the beach and the afternoon tea every day. Kudos to the assistant manager Eka Rahayu who was very welcoming and helpful. We also had a great experience with our concierge Tya who planned our two tours and arranged the transportation for both days.

I’m sure the bed linen was smelling after 4 days. Also the balcony had a massive day bed on it which looked amazing but practically was a nightmare
