We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI would think that such a beautifully appointed hotel would have modern features in particular, electronic swipe cards. we had a staff member lose our key and it was awkward to advocate for ourselves that we had not lost it. This small negative could be avoided with swipe cards.

We loved EVERYTHING about the property. The grounds were clean and well kept. The views of the infinity pool and ocean were amazing. We definitely appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of this property. And we can’t leave out how professional, helpful and warm the staff was. All in all, the Legian was the best part of our stay in Seminyak.
