Bathroom tap was leaking

Didn’t feel clean, the food to the rooms don’t shut properly, the safes couldn’t be operated. Needed general maintenance throughout the property.

The pool was refreshing, very quiet street located centrally to everything.

No air conditioning in shared spaces. No shower head in master bedroom ensuite. No tanning beds/beanies like advertised. The mould. Only provided with one set of keys.

The staff were amazing and very accomodating! Most photos were true to what it looked like. Great location, near by to some great restaurants. Free daily room service and free access to safe drinking water. Thank you Gus and Darmadi for your great service.

Didn’t have bottled water supplied, no tea or coffee and a lack of kitchen pieces, glasses etc. No soap supplied. You needed to buy all. Would have been nice to have a couple of bean bags by the pool as well. Maybe something to consider.

Location is great, loved the pool especially after a hot day out. Mahendra looked after us very well. Always polite and very professional.

Villa does look bigger online but it's not a bad size. Doors did not lock (keys had been lost by previous occupants)

There are a stretch of cafes nearby the hotel, and a spa place nearby too. Hosts were very friendly, even helped us to arranged a tour package on short notice. The pool is great but perhaps a little deep for children. There's a tub in the master bedroom that is huge but appreciate if they could place a rubber mat in the tub because kids might slip inside. There were ants all around, so make sure to keep your food enclosed properly. But I think ants is quite a common issue as I have stayed in a few different villas and it would always attract ants. Overall a very good experience!

Room service of the cleanliness was okay, worker didn't top up toilet paper. The air con in the main room didn't seem to work very well

The bathrooms were unsanitary and a few doors did not have any locks, which is unsafe. Also, when we reached there were no staff, and so we had to wait for a while.

I liked the architecture and layout of the property, it provided necessary facilities and lots of room.

The villa itself is neat and clean but Ants infestation all around the dining area, kitchen and bedroom upstairs.

Perfect size for family of 4. Good location, walking distance to double six beach. Loving the hot water shower.

Our Villa was broken into and we had over $300aud stolen. The villa manager was horrible to deal with, was not understanding to the situation and refused to give us a refund. In the end we had to fight to see cctv footage for proof of a break in and then had to push for 4 nights refund (we had 5 nights left) when the manager was only going to give us 2 nights. The first Villa they took us to had no running water and after they moved us we found the beds were very hard and felt like sleeping in the floor, there is hardly any kitchen utensils and there was a substance that looked like black mould (can not confirm what it was) in one of the bathrooms. Do not recommend.
