How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I liked everything :D not gonna try find something bad
Spent 1 night here for Christmas Eve because I saw they offered buffet Christmas dinner. I’m so glad we booked here, it was fantastic value for money for the dinner buffet and the entertainment was very wholesome ! the location and fasciities are really great ; view from pool is gorge !! and the staff were sweet.

some mosquitos at the roof restaurant, but insect lamps were placed straight away. apparently it was nearing the time for scheduled fogging
Nice, clean and comfy room, great amenities, great sunset viewing from western room, super helpfull and friendly staff, deliceous food at the restaurants. staff are attentive to needs and feedbacks.

This is just a small note - not a real criticism- when your room is on the 5th floor it's likely that it is right under the restaurant so if there are any events, music etc. you will hear it. Everything stops around 11pm though.
The breakfast was amazing - so much choice! Best breakfast we had in a while. The room/ bed was very comfortable with strong air conditioning which we needed having just arrived in Bali. The rooftop pool was spectacular. The water had a nice cool temperature. The most outstanding was the staff. They were super helpful in booking our ferry and transport, even offered to help booking the return at a later time (providing a whattsup number for contact).

Everything! The accommodation was gorgeous and it has everything we needed from a hotel. It was clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Pool is not for free for all rooms, only for higher rates

In general internet worked OK, but sometimes slow for short time.
Pretty good breakfast. Nice, modern and comfortable room. All hotel looks modern and well maintained. Good AC in the room. Rooftop, view. Good location, close to the beach. Bery nice staff.

The food was legitimately the best i had in Indonesia. Also the roof top restaurant is well worth a visit and the food was amazing there too. My brother was serenaded with song, bed decorations a cake for his birthday.

The pool was nice but a small area - didn't get to try the food
Didn't get to try breakfast but the room was large and comfortable and the view over balcony on plants was lovely. The staff were very friendly.

There is nothing we didn't like, the only thing to mention is that the price is a bit higher than in other areas of Bali, but that's probably because Nusa Dua is generally overpriced.
The main reason we enjoyed our stay was the staff. The entire team, whether it was reception, housekeeping, or breakfast staff, we always were received with a smile, and they were very accommodating to our requests. They even remembered the birthday of one of us and sang happy birthday with a cake during breakfast without us requesting it. The location is also convenient for the area. The room and facilities were kept quite clean. The room was very comfortable overall.
