Cleanliness a poor standard. Previous guest cake still in fridge, everything could do with a better clean

Quiet, relaxing place to stay. The pool is Huge and cleaned daily. Room is very spacious and bathrooms all have a spa bath.

It could be made clearer that the end villa is Nibbana properties.

The host was there to meet us on arrival. He had prepared a drink and gave us a full tour.

The bathroom has a bath but when switching on the air for jacuzzi it smelled terrible

I’m sorry to say this but it was so bad that we had to book another hotel and stay the night. - Toilet seat and inside the toilet was dirty but not because of not cleaning it but because of how old it is. - Room paint was chipping off - The closet had a very old scent. - Maintenance is poorly maintained, the rooms looks like a scene of a horror movie. I don’t usually give bad reviews but for this place, I’d hate to see anyone book this place and ruin their holiday. Thankfully for us we only booked a night.

The property is very run down. Pool was not working properly though, an effort was made to keep it clean. The Staff were fabulous and did everything possible for us.... Trouble is the property needs an awful lot of work and money to be spent to bring it back to its former glory. Over all appearance ....Grotty.

Our taxi driver found it difficult to locate the property. Regretfully Bookings didnt send the email with explicit details until we had been there several days. Those directions would have been a great time saver and avoided all confusion.

Nice quiet location. Nice big pool, big rooms. Wayan and Ketut were amazing.

Wayan and Ketut were fantastic. Was great to organise breakfast the day before and to wake up with freshly cooked breakfast in your villa.

The villa was dirty. There were no sun loungers and no sun furniture ie table and chairs. We asked the staff to contact owner to agree to send to laundry the sofa covers and to provide sun loungers as per booking.com photos, unfortunately owner refused. The villa is dated, furniture extremely warn, and would benefit from a coat of paint and general maintenance. The safe did not work and basin tap was broken in ensuite . The villa was advertised as nonsmoking however it was clear from extensive cigarette burns on the dirty rugs that this was not true. The property description and photos are not a true likeness. Very Very dissappointed with the booking. The villa could be wonderful it needs updating and furniture upgrading.

Breakfast was OK, served politely by Wayan and Ketut. Liked that the lounge was enclosed and area around pool was totally private. The villas was close to bars, restaurants and shops.

too much of mosquitoes, dirty bathtub don’t feel like going in, toilet bowls outer layer was stained and we had to clean it, a cat always enters the villa and eat food from the rubbish bin. sink taps has some type of rust which was disgusting. they don’t clean the hall of the villa, they only take care of the kitchen, pool and common areas. breakfast wasn’t really interesting, street food gives bad stomach. no restaurant as stated

it has a swimming pool and the hospitality of the staffs were good!
