I did not like leaving the resort

This was brilliant, food was amazing, staff, Jay and Wayne were the ultimate hosts. Nothing was an issue. They all made us feel like family. If you want some fun. Ask to play Jenga, hilarious and challenging. Greatest views of sunset , overlooking 1 really cool surf spot. We have left there with some very good friends. I will absolutely recommend the palms to all that need some relaxation. I will be back. Loved every minute of our stay.

Hard to get anywhere if you don’t ride a motorcycle. I did so no issues. Very quiet on the island so very safe.

Well to be honest everything about the stay was great. So no complaints.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The view from the property is just mind-blowing. We had a slight issue with communication where we ended up paying for the hotel twice but that was resolved so quickly by the owner who was extremely sweet and we were refunded during the checkout. Please book this place if you just wanna relax and have a quiet time by the ocean on a nice property which gives luxurious vibes.

No complaints, everything was as we expected.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Palms for 5 nights. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great with views over the ocean and a reef break close by for those that love to surf. We can only recommend the Palms and its staff to other travellers looking for something a bit less mainstream and more relaxed on Nusa Ceningen.

mosquito nets in the family room might be an improvement - it seemed to have more mosquitos than the bungalows at the front. but staff gave us coils to help with this.

Resort was spacious and quiet, boasting a stunning view of the ocean waves. Loved swimming in the infinite pool at sunset. The staff were lovely and organised everything for us - snorkelling trips, scooters etc.

Your team is the absolute best! They spoiled us rotten (Jordan, Wayan, Putu ‘Long-hair’, Putu ‘Short-hair’, Tia (our wonderful Chef), and Made. We absolutely adore them all. We love The Palms facilities as well. It feels like home - so inviting and spacious. We sat and watched the sunset every evening, ate a lovely dinner prepared by The Palms Team, took evening floats in the pool under the stars, and fell asleep to the sound of waves. It was heaven on earth. We did not want to leave! The Palms has a wonderfully diverse set of menu items for both beverages and food. Try the Bloody Marys - they were delicious! Jordan helped coordinate fabulous snorkeling trips that included go-pro footage of swimming with exotic fish, stunning coral and Manta Rays. He coordinated renting motorbikes which we used extensively to get around Ceningan and Lembongan. Funny story about how we got here. We booked an Airbnb in Senur for our two-week stay in Bali. Once we got there, we were disappointed in the amount of traffic and tourism. It wasn’t the Bali we imagined at all. So we decided to venture out to Ceningan and booked a few days at The Palms. We loved this place soooo much that we extended our stay to 8 days which is all the time we had! We just couldn’t imagine leaving! Jay and The Palms team were excellent communicators and were so very flexible with our continued requests to keep extending our stay. We definitely recommend a nice long stay at The Palms. You won’t regret it!

The hotel is located on the west side of the island with an amazing view of the sunset, which you can watch directly from the pool or at dinner. Nearby is the nice Secret Point beach and several beach bars. From the other side, a view of the beautiful Blue Lagoon. The staff is very pleasant. Jordan is very helpful in arranging any trip. We really liked our stay

Nothing everything was amazing

If i could I would rate it 20 out of 10 !!! Absolute dream property and owners, from the minute you walk in you feel instantly relaxed hosts Jay and Wayne are just a) delightful b) warm c) love to look after their guests d) know what good looks like and strive to offer the best for their clients , and its clear from the off , from the tentative staff , restaurant and bar excellently run, food that was home-cooked off the scale catering even for myself who is vegan because everything is home cooked they we're able to replace and substitute so many things for me which was just amazing ! amazing bar with the REAL cocktails ! and happy hour makes it easy to taste them all !! and finally LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! the PALMS overall is a fabulous property lovingly renovated recently by the owners and is constantly kept well, comfy gigantic day beds, awesome salt water ifinity pool overlooking the best spot of the island, if you are a surfer you are in the right place if like me you dont surf you can sit a watch all day long with a cocktail !! plenty of shade and the best VIEW to die for on Ceningen !! especially at sunset time ! Rooms are stylish and comfy with all the mod cons, and every purse is catered for you can take a lower cost room with no view or a bungalow with views over the pool you choose ! yay indoor showers ha !! cleaned daily - I booked for 5 nights and extended to be there 10 days ! that tells you everything - THANK YOU PALMS my stay was everything I wanted it to be and more - BTW they also help on excursions scooter hire ferry booking ... walking distance to some great points on the island so no transport necessary if its not your bag - You get it right 5 star service all the way ! and you will not be dissappointed assuming you can get booked in its a very popular spot !! till the next time Team Palms thank you !! x

maybe the pillows, and you will find a lot of worms on the floor, around the island and hotel but you don’t have to worry about it since they are harmless. this really are minor issues

the place is really beautiful, such nice Pool and view watching the lovely waves. they have a nice close spot for surfing. if you prefer the swimming side can be a bit rough tide but still really beautiful. the people there are very welcoming and always were so attentive to whatever we need. I recommend trying their restaurant food is delicious , we recommend beef fajitas and the chicken curry. piña coladas, beers etc

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in November. Our only complaint was we didn't have enough time!! Breathtaking views, Genuine and kind staff and owners, Great value and location. Jay was an amazing hostess and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They organised our taxi’s and scooters for us. The food is also wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay here especially the great view. We watched the sunset from the pool each night. The quality food is great. It was truly wonderful and we felt at home

The view from the accommodation was exceptional and the sound of the waves beating the beach was relaxing.The owners,jay and Wayne were so attentive to us and everyone on the property.The food was amazing ,especially the fish of the day!The island is beautiful,dream beach and the Snorkling was the highlight on the island adventures.We seen a turtle on the Snorkling trip,which was amazing.The trip organiser Jordon sorted us with a cheap motor bike hire and escorted us to the location for the trip,also escorted us on and off the island.Top man!PS cocktails were strong,which we liked and we even invited jay and Wayne to our wedding.That’s how much we loved our stay.Thanks for the bottle of fiz too on departure.Nice touch!👌

The property is amazing. the view is exactly what anyone needs when they come to the island. The service was a 100% and we were made to feel like home. Jan and Wayne (JaWa) were excellent hosts. We had such a nice time here, the perfect place to relax and explore the 2 islands. The view from the pool and outdoor area is incredible with amazing views of sunset. We had a gorgeous view of this from our room also. The staff here were so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended the palms, we would definitely stay again😍
