Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe Beds are “on-available” basis only. We dont know if its the holiday season factor. Should have we known that the twin beds are limited, we could have chosen a different hotel. The airconditioning is poor for 3 out of 3 rooms that we booked. They tried to fix it but still its not cold enough for summer nights.
The location is superb. Everything is near the proximity.

This hotel was fine, some limescale/mouldy parts of shower but generally all clean enough. I think hotels in Bali have gone up in price so comparing to previous stays I feel it wasn’t as good value considering

United KingdomFor the twin room: Beds not really comfortable especially pillows and also the room is a bit tiny for two. You will hear people around you even if they are just talking with normal voice at the phone, however not too bad.. also staff ensures quiet time between 11-7 am.

Germany- nothing for the hotel itself, but our neighbors were extremely loud - you can here the street noise - Kuta itself is sadly really noisy, ugly and the beach is not for swimming
- we got an upgrade, so we had a bigger room - big comfy bed - laundry service from the hotel - very close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc - very nice staff - nice pool
