Nothing that bothering, only that I mentioned "no cleaning", but they however cleaned my room. :)

Staff is very helpful (I would even say they are trying too much) and so nice. The room was very clean and specious, the design was great and the toiletries were high quality (very creamy and nice smell). We also benefited from the two AC units (one for the bedroom and another for bathroom). The pool was shared, but big enough and the set up was also nice. And last but not least, the restaurant was great. Nice selection for breakfast, but also for lunch/ dinner. One should definitely try the food here, I think there are not many places in Bali of this kind. Keep doing a great job, guys!

The only thing is that there was no mirror above the sink and it was a bit difficult to organize like that. In addition, you can hear everything from the room next to us and unfortunately they were quite noisy on our last night at the hotel.

The place is very pleasant and quiet. A real feeling of privacy. The pool and the outdoor area are beautiful and clean, everything is very aesthetic and relaxing. The room is large and luxurious, clean and pleasant. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious. The spa was excellent

The rooms were impeccably clean and really spacious with nice boho decor. The staff was possibly the most friendliest and welcoming staff we have ever met, they was very good with our daughter and made her smile every morning! It was a nice quiet location out of the hustle and bustle of canngu! The breakfast was also the best out of our travelling around Indonesia, great choice and great quality! The bathroom area was large with a bath and a shower so suited us all! We would love to come back next year xx

That bed sheet and a pillow cover are a bit rough, and you'll have to order breakfast a day before. Other than that, there was nothing else we could fault this beautiful place.

Exceptional staff that was very friendly and ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. A la carte menu was great with plenty of options. Beautiful pool and very, very clean. Loved it.

The breakfast was great. Even though we arrived at almost midnight, we were able to order breakfast for early the next morning. Coffee was great too! Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool.

If I had to say one thing, the pillow were a little too tall for me, but I also never asked for any replacements so that's probably an option.

Very accommodating. I made many changes to the restaurant and room service menu because I am vegan. There was never a problem. So grateful.

This was the most serene beautiful spot. After the hustle and bustle of canguu I loved coming home to a private beautiful villa with stunning gardens and peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Staff could not do enough for me tye food was fantastic and my room was so gorgeous and spacious! So very glad I stayed here.

Enjoyed full experience. Loved the ‘boutique hotel’ feeling where the hotel staff had a lot of attention for the limited number of guests. Rooms were very clean and service was very good. We also loved the breakfast and ecofriendly environment. Location was good.

The staff were all unbelievably friendly. They go the extra mile and refer to you by your name and remember little details. The small details really went a long way! The food was great (again good attention to detail) and the size of the room was incredible.

The semi outdoor toilet and bathroom meant that there would be insects, we did not know about this bathroom arrangement because it wasn't clearly shown in pictures but we now know that we can request for indoor bathrooms upon booking in future :)

This is a perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle in Canggu, it is quiet and very private. I loved lounging around the pool where there were many deck chairs. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was strong. There is a great selection for breakfast, which was delicious. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the mattress was too firm, but that’s purely personal preference.

The staff were friendly and attentive without being too much. Quiet despite being in Canggu. Loved the pool and the Spa, super relaxing. Our driver to and from the airport was so so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of information about Bali, we so appreciated him!

The pillows were too hard for us and the interconnecting door to the other villa was not sound proofed, you could see light all around it and we were having a lovely night sleep until about 3pm when a new arrival arrived and we could hear all the noise from them which was not good!!

The room was big, clean and beautiful, the bed was really comfy and the bath was lovely and big, we were able to get in it together. It was our anniversary whilst there and we had cake in the fridge left for us and flowers etc on the bed was so lovely ... The breakfast in the morning was really nice The pool was very clean and we made use of this We had to check out by 12pm but our flight was not until quite late that evening, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and let us use a treatment room to shower in and get changed later in the day, so that we could sunbath and use the pool

The location: once you leave the hotel, you get to a very, very busy street. Impossible to go for a relaxing walk. And when it rains, it becomes dangerous. As a discovery hotel for Canggu, not recommended.

We were in the furthermost room in the property that backed up against someone else’s property who had music up super loud one morning at 7:00am but it was only one morning and had nothing really to do with the property. Just something to be aware of. It would be good to see the restaurant stay open a little later - maybe last orders at 8pm or 8:30pm. Not a problem though as we used Gojek instead. It would be good to see more photos on Booking.com. We hesitated on booking as we weren’t exactly sure what our room and the retreat would look like but if we had known how beautiful it really was, we wouldn’t have hesitated at all!

Lovely and accommodating staff. Always helpful and prompt. Great communication. I liked that they are conscious environmentally though. There were also waters whenever we needed in the room. Perhaps there could be a water refill station at reception though? Just to avoid using and discarding so many water bottles? Only a suggestion though :)
