There isn't hair dryer in the room. The room is too small for this amount of money. Location i choose these hotel just for a night because it is near to the Airport but Blue Bird charged me for 150,000 for 5km and i couldn't buy sim card around hotel it seemed like hotel in the dessert at 22:00 everything is closed and most of the things far away from the hotel except one market which they didn't have a sim card. Breakfast shocked me they don't offer breakfast buffet at all what they offering is a dish from restaurant menu. Instead of having real breakfast u gotta eat noodles and rice with chicken. Free Coffee was cold and tasteless for coffee i will put -1 mark from out of 10. There is now window in the room feels like jail.

I like personal helpful but couldn't properly speak in English. For breakfast they offer a dish chicken with teriyaki sous tasty but these meal usually not eats in the morning so far i know maybe in Jakarta different.

Lovely new and modern hotel close to the airport. The staff was super friendly and there's an indomaret almost right next door, recommended if you've got an early flight in the morning. And just a little heads up: take a blue bird taxi with taximeter to get here - by far the cheapest way to get there!

Convient and good value - only a ten minute drive to the airport using the hotel shuttle. Comfortable modern room with wifi and TV, mainly pay to view channels. Lots of natural daylight in room 303 - unusual bonus in an airport hotel.

A well located new hotel that is 10 minutes drive to the airport. This hotel is perfect for next day transit passengers. It is comparable to 3 star hotels near to the airport and the room rate is less. The room was clean and modern with everything necessary for a short stay. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. I will be booking this hotel again.

They cannot ask a staff who can speak English to communicate for breakfast, while they do have other staff who can communicate. We didn’t manage to take breakfast at the end.

We book 2 rooms, but one have no window. It´s true that in the detail said no view.....but no window?? uf. very bad for an hotel that expensive. The location also was not so good, just right to a avenue, with nothing near to eat or shop or walk.

There is a major road repair work going on and it takes about 30 to 45 mins to reach the hotel. While leaving to go to the airport, 5 drivers cancelled on me as they were stuck on heavy traffic for over 30mins. The Hotel knows this and charged me 4 times more for their transfer service. WiFi was horrible. Kept disconnecting several times. There is no WiFi available in the lobby. Please book the Ibis styles which is a better option.

Room size is good and room was clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff polite.

Limited food choices nearby and the hotel restaurant opens for quite limited time.

Great for a layover or short stay before flight. Easy to get a taxi to the airport that takes about 10 minutes without traffic. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean, tidy and well-equipped. Both AC & hot water works great.

We asked for a shuttle to the airport in advance via Booking and they said they could offer the service. When we arrived, they said they were unable to arrange the transport because they had already booked a taxi for another hotel guest. We also wanted to have an early breakfast, even if it was just a coffee, but they were unable to do so. While I understand they have a breakfast time slot, it would've been nice for them to be a little flexible (as we had paid for the breakfast to be included).
