The beach is terrible. We picked the hotel because my mum wanted to be on the beach and we never went to the sea. It’s not hotel’s fault, they have staff cleaning the beach daily yet there is so much garbage and seaweed we didn’t swim in the sea.

The staff is all very helpful and charming. The food is great, good choice for breakfast, rooms are huge and the housekeeping staff is fantastic.

The room was better than I expected and the staff were the best service I have ever had. I never felt like I was an important guest as much as you made us feel. Especially when my daughter hurt her ankle you checked in on her several times and even sent her some complimentary dessert to make her feel better.

I think the concept of the hotel is all rooms are facing the gardens not the beach but we didn’t like that. Having a location by the sea and you don’t enjoy the beach view from rooms is a setback. Also the Breeze cafe closes at 10:30 pm which is early in my opinion. Taking in mind the location is far from the city where you have other options.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and considerate. Would like to thank Mr. Made and all the team.

Spacious room and pleasant short walk to great pool, greeted all the way by ever friendly staff: gardeners, buggy drivers, workmen, pool area attendants. Food was wonderful in terms of quality, range, location and atmosphere.

Resort's very private layout offers a great place for a relaxation holiday. Attentive but not intrusive services. Plenty of interesting and enjoyable complimentary daily activities to keep one busy at the resort. The F&B were also excellent.

Everything was above our expectation. Facilities and properties were huge and very beautiful. Everywhere including our room was so clean and specious. Extremely comfortable stay. Foods were also amazing and we ate a lot. Every details they care, so there was literally nothing to complain. We even keep appreciating everything they have done for us. It was our special occasion in our life, and we were so glad that we decided to stay here since they welcomed us with their best and we felt so much care and love from them. They even gave us some special gifts and memorable times. We will definitely come back to see all people and spend the amazing time again over there. Thank you so much for everything, everyone!!!

The remark applies to Bali in general, not just this hotel. Although the Ritz Carlton has a beautiful and large beach, almost no one swims on it for a simple reason: the sea is so shallow that you have to walk a kilometer to reach the sea level just below your knees. This is a minus, but the Ritz Carlton makes up for it superbly with a complex of excellent heated swimming pools where you can sip cocktails, enjoy good food from the hotel restaurants and generally relax as expected in Bali. The price of the apartment in the Ritz is not small either, we paid 1000 euros for two nights, but we got exclusivity, the fact that the pool was not crowded, and in general the hotel is worth that money. Another detail I noticed: in the otherwise spectacular suite, the wallpaper behind the bed was unglued, behind both beds, such a quality hotel would have to pay attention to such things.

When we gave up on Hilton Nusa Dua, which was below its reputation as a brand, we looked for something nearby and found this nice hotel. We took a beautiful, huge apartment with direct access to the pool, really great. The hotel's main pool complex is also excellent, the staff is very friendly and they drive you everywhere in buggies, the breakfast is spectacular.
