Very friendly and attentive staff, always there with a smile. Huge rooms, our bed was heaven - literally felt like we slept on a cloud. Nice room decorations with a yummy cake for my birthday! Food was very good too.

The resort has a nice view and vibe. The facilities are great and well maintained. It’s everything you expected from a 5-star resort. The hospitality is exceptional. The staffs are very highly trained and know what they’re doing.

AustraliaWe were warned -and had - a monkey room invasion. It wasn't really a problem as they only got some fruit however one person found it amusing and another didn't. The most disappointing thing was only spending the last night of our stay there. Next time we will stay longer.
You get what you pay for and the Ritz Carlton lives up to that adage. It's a large resort spread over acres of oceanside land. From the reception, there is an elevator to a station to be transported to your room, which of course did not disappoint. Though "slightly" aging, the room has a salubrious feel, with a large melt-into bed with a view over your feet to a swim-up pool. There was plenty of space for luggage and people to stretch out. Of course, there were touches like automatic shutters and blinds, an espresso machine and a balcony with steps into the pool outside the room. Service everywhere was as you'd expect, above and beyond. The pool was large and irresistible and despite the rain warm and inviting. The ocean on this side of the island is clear and beautiful so our time was spent between the sea, the pool and the private pavilions with drinks in hand. We ate at the poolside restaurants which of course was sensational. Again, the service was amazing and the people were lovely at all times.

SwitzerlandThe lighting system in the rooms is a bit complicated and not very user friendly. The reading light is very bright for a double occupancy room.
The hotel staff is great, the property is very well maintained and overall our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was very good and with many choices across different cuisines. Even though it is a resort you still feel you have privacy at the various facilities such as the pool and the beach. The rooms are very spacious, and the amenity kits are complete. In the Nusa Dua area we highly recommend the Ritz Carlton.

United Kingdom-there was no background music playing around the pool. - there are no water sports AT ALL available. Not much to do in the day except lay by the pool as the beach isn't good for swimming, snorkelling or water sports. It's great place for those who just want to relax and do nothing but it got a little boring for us. The lobby bar way to hot and not lively at all. Need more fans in restaurants and common areas. overall still a great experience - the staff are all incredible.
the facilities are spotless and beautiful, the food is very high quality and delicious! The rooms are huge and our swim out room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Service is excellent - all of the staff were so kind. The housekeepers were excellent, honest and hardworking.

Singapore1. The food is good but can be better especially the Indian fare. They put in the effort to have Indian dishes in the breakfast menu but the preparation is meh. They probably need an Indian chef to fix this. 2. Hard to find a seat in their restaurants. The staff could proactively inform guests about this. We learnt it the hard way.

Amazing Experience from the time you reach the main gate till you leave the resort. An Excellent team welcomes you at the reception, Well trained, so professional and Welcoming. I believe this is one of the best Ritz Carlton hotels i have ever visited. Almost not a single miss !!! You are welcomed by an amazing stuff who takes care of you till you reach you apartment. My Wife and Daughter loved the place: The restaurant, Pool, Beach, almost everything. The breakfast at the restaurant is one of the best i have ever tried and what makes it special is the stuff. People will keep proposing new dishes to try which gives a feeling of true hospitality. To finish, the farewell by Mrs Ni Luh Widiasih "WIDI" the Loyalty supervisor who escorted us from the Restaurent till we left the property was just AMAZING. thanks for making it an amazing experience. Keep up the great work. I will consider coming back one more time inshallah If I will be in Bali once again

AustraliaA little out of the way in terms of location, you have to catch a cab to get anywhere. Some of the pool staff were a little pushy to buy drinks.
The rooms were fantastic - a little dated but absolutely huge and the beds are THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed in any hotel room I've ever stayed in. Ever. We loved the little touches - bookmarks left on our books, towel animals and complimentary sweets. The staff are just the best, always helpful and smiling. We could not fault any of it.

Several pools but too hot to swim. Gardens lovely. Private beach. Staff superb - nothing too much trouble. Room serviced x 2 daily with loads of towels. Bed amazing - 2 Queens - stayed with daughter. Lots os activities.

United KingdomThe beach furniture, particularly the sun parasols/umbrellas, need replacing. The swimming pool will soon need upgrading.
Breakfast was excellent. Room exceptional. Both Beach restaurants were good but the menus in each were virtually identical. Would be a big improvement if they had different menus and therefore offered more variation for guests choosing to dine by the beach every evening. Staff were truly exceptional.They were all extremely helpful, cheerful and polite.
