Its kind of a shame, but we were provided with a room that the Jacuzzi was not working. Shana did come in with an engineer to try to fix it. It worked for a short period, before not functioning again. However, soaking in a hot bath was still quite enjoyable and really appreciate Shana on doing his best to try fix it in such a short notice.

Great services all round. We were lucky to have Shana as our butler for the stay and he have went above and beyond. We really did enjoy the food that was served for the breakfast and afternoon tea and also the suggestions by Shana on where we could've went to enhance our trip. Overall, it is one of the few places that we will remember fondly and also look forward to visiting again.

The view from the breakfast area is stunning. The food is great and a lot of options to choose from. Very courteous staff. The villa was spacious and luxurious. Overall a great property to stay at.

this hotel was wonderful. we visited Bali for honeymoon and we stayed all day in the Seminyak. the workers were very kind and the hotel was far from the central about 5minetues by taking a taxi. where the hotel is for taking a rest not for funny. so, if you want to go there with your lover or families i would recommend you guys to be there.

I booked in last minute and didn’t read through the details that our villa was across the street away from the beach and facilities. Still, villa was beautiful, we had pick up services and walk was short so no issue but as we were hoping for the beach front stay, I would prefer the villas in beach sides in next chance.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful beach, facilities, and villas, whole stay was amazing with genuinely sunny staff and great service. All were clean and well maintained, the bed was also extremely comfortable. We enjoyed lovely relaxed atmosphere, the beach was quiet and family friendly, has strong wave - probably more for surfing - but still we were able to dip, its clean water made us happy (we went to other beaches in other area, unfortunately some beaches were full of kelps). We will definitely come back here again.

The Samaya is an exceptional resort our Royal Pavillon Villa exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. All of the staff from the Spa, the Breeze restaurant and the Butlers were extremely helpful going above and beyond to make our stay the best we have ever experienced. The location is perfect on the beach in the centre of busy Seminyak while being a quiet sanctuary at the same time. You’ll never get tired of watching that sunset, best place to watch it with a cocktail. Highly recommend The Samaya for hospitality, value, facilities and exceptional staff. We’ll be back next year with the family.

This is really nitpicky but the hotel would randomly call us. It was pretty annoying. Other than that can’t think of anything else.

What’s not to love? We’ll never get some a luxurious pool villa, with such a massive pool and spacious digs, at this price point anywhere else. Also love love love the all day breakfast. The hotel let us have breakfast on the beachfront at 3pm and then a second breakfast in our room at 6pm for no additional charge, how can you not love that. Also love the free laundry every day and the afternoon tea. Great service too. This hotel is truly heaven on earth.

The location of the villa. The amazing staff members. Everything was exceptional. They are available 24/7 and answer quickly. Very respectful. The villas get cleaned by 4/5 staff members at once including the pool and inside. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.
