Nothing all was lovely..but be warned take earplugs as the rooster crows very early. Overall great value for money and we could check out at 1 pm no problem as was low season. Lovely friendly staff

The location is a little bit of a walk to the beach and stores but if you rest a moped it works fine.

The staff was very helpful, they offer moped rentals. The little kitchen they have is very helpful to make small meals.

I had very loud neighbours with yelling kids who tested this beautiful property’s comfort. I could hear them through walls and from common areas.

This is perhaps the greatest hotel I've ever stayed in! The pool, the gardens with fountains, the tranquility, the decorations of the rooms, the outdoor shower, the amazing breakfasts (included!), the friendly staff... And best of all, the price! It made me sad that I couldn't just live here forever... Book your stay here now before it gets full, you will not regret it!

This place is an amazing value for money! Our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast had many options, all delicious and served on our terrace by the room. The room and garden were beautiful and the pool was a delight. We booked two nights and ended up staying six.

Small lovely family run guesthouse. Spacious room with air con (AC) and comfy bed. The option to have breakfast on my terrace was really appreciated. Good WiFi connection. Will definitely be back.

Bu Made the owner was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a sudden extra bed when we arrived at 1 am and she was happily provided it. For that price, i have nothing to complain. The room was exquisite, bathroom was a bit spacious and the patio was nice.

cleanliness just needed to be a little better. The majority of it was great as we had fresh towels, sheets, a mosquito net which was great and the basic cleaning was there, just the smaller things needed tweaking, but overall would not hesitate to stay again and we know they are doing their best to improve after COVID.

The location was great, nice and quiet off the main street and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The rooms by the pool are really great, spacious and comfortable and the swimming pool is a nice space to relax and cool down in the afternoon. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of choices and service was amazing! Good value for money!

The bungalow need to fix their Air Conditioner because it was quite hot in the area. AC didn't work properly when I stayed there. Cover of the closet in the toilet need to be fixed or replaced with a new one.

Room is clean, bed is covered with mosquito net, a small swimming pool and garden in front of the room make the area look nicer. Room has 2 shower area (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast was simple, but it was nice. Staff is nice and friendly. Bu Made (the owner) is really kind and will try to provide anything to make the guest feel comfortable. I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I called Bu Made, she immediately asked my address to send the phone through delivery agent. The next day I got my phone back! So happy and thankful to them.

The toilet and bathroom are almost outside, meaning it did not look very clean because it was also windy when we were there and a lot of dust and leaves were flying around.

Room and surrounding were nice and calm. The staff was very friendly.

Not really an issue but as Pemuteran is a village there are noisy roosters and dogs around. Took earplugs and slept well.

Loved the helpful friendly staff. Great pool area. Enjoyed the open air bathroom and bamboo pipe shower. No mosquitoes when we were there. The woman that does the massages is excellent. Highly recommend her. Easy walk to restaurants like Ode Resto, and to the beach. We had a wonderful snorkelling trip with Bali Dive Academy to Menjangan Island. Make sure to book the rooms that open on to the pool and have air con.

It was smokey because of bonfires from outside. The smoke got caught in the outside bathroom and then seeped into the bedroom.

We especially loved staying here as the family were very welcoming and friendly. The location is handy to the beach..and very relaxing. The pool was excellent and the massage lady they brought in for me was awesome. We especially loved our black rice breakfast with fruit and coffee..definately delicious. This place is a real treat. If your adventuresome theres a temple up in the hills right behind the bungalows..next time we will check that out..we hear it's a fabulous view at sunset!

If one interested in seeing Bali in a four hour road trip from the DPS airport to the northwest corner, then this most beautiful homestay is the serene place to stay at to relax, feel at home and enjoy the sea nearby. The hostess is very kind and most helpful.
