Simply one of the best hotel experiences in Bali! We stayed in a Junior Suite. It was spacious, very comfortable, clean and modern. Ocean view.was wonderful! The lovely monkeys do their daily tour around the pool, so sweet! Service and staff are simply top!! Breakfast buffet is diverse and very delicious. Free bike, Kanu and snorkeling at the hotel. Welcome Drink received. Free shuttle bus to Bali Collection and Geger Beach twice a day.

Spectacular ocean views on sunny days! Beautiful infinity pool fronting the beach & ocean! Very spacious suite with balcony ocean view. Very friendly & helpful staff; Breakfast good with varieties of food. Dinners quite tasty but not exceptional as in some 5 stars hotel. Free half hour kayaking & snorkeling provided. It has a quite nice Spa opposite the restaurant. Will come back in my next visit, & will definitely recommend it to friends. My husband and I had a great 2 nights stay. Wished that I could stay another night.

The view was amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and enjoyable. Food and cocktails were very good. Spa was good.

We stayed at the villa for a weekend and it was a fantastic time to spend! We absolutely loved spacious and clean villa with private pool! Want to highlight the staff of Ulu Segara that were very friendly and helpful (e.g. they helped us to arrange paragliding in several minutes). There was a delicious and full of options breakfast.

IranDue to COVID some of the facilities were not that active like bar in the pool or wellness centre and the other drawback could be accessibility to restaurants and other parts of the island which isn't too much a problem if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.
I really loved it, the ocean view is mesmerizing, all the staff are super friendly and always tried to assist you with everything. Breakfast was good not ideal but still good. The pool was perfect, clean and had a great ocean view. The beach near the hotel was also clean and lovely specially during the low tide.

AustraliaLocated a bit out of Nusa Dua "town" area. Not a lot to do. Had dinner at the restaurant, flavour was great but food was warm at best, not hot.
The suites are stunning! So spacious and luxurious for the cost. View was absolutely magical. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast selection. Was great for a 3 day relaxing break at the end of our trip. A room like this in Australia would set you back $500 a night minimum. This is one of the few places I've stayed where the actual room is better than the photos.

United StatesNo complaints. Everything was fine. The only issue is that the location is isolated. If you don't need nearby services (laundry, groceries, restaurants), but want rest, relaxation and/or romance, this is the place for you.

I traveled with mom, booked a massage and treatment for us. we came to the spa center, booked a package. when we arrived, that treatment was unavailable. okay, we took a different one. the bath was dirty, they didn’t wash it after someone else. they didn’t change sheets after previous Clients. massage was 3/10 to be honest. flower bath had 3 flowers 😬 staff were super reluctant to wash the bath and change sheets. they wanted to put me and mom in the same bath, even tho we clearly said we don’t want that! then they said there’s no other room w hot water in their spa salon.
simply amazing people. they knew us by names. pristine cleanness everywhere. breakfast is amazing- compared to other hotels. we stayed in 7 more during this travel. clean and nice pool. honestly, the best hotel in Bali I’ve tried!!! loved it.
