CanadaWhat a lovely resort. Everything about it is five star. The food, service, staff, cleaning, suite are all top notch. The suite is very large with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Indian Ocean with a large balcony to sit and relax. Plenty of water is given everyday as needed. The suite is cleaned to a high standard with all the amenities you could ever need from toothpaste/brush to bath gel provided. Food in the restaurant is of a high quality and is delicious. I enjoyed my week stay here. I also took the shuttle to Bali Collection which is now fully open with many shops and restaurants to love. Highly recommend this resort to everyone.

PortugalOn high tide you can’t access the beach and you have no sun after 1pm on main the pool (in may at least). Don’t get me wrong, this is a very good resort, but I just feel there are some tiny details on the service that should be addressed to truly give this hotel a premium status. For eg remove small paper napkins, offer water around the premises (rooms have some bottles provided daily)….
Villas are huge and well maintained. People and staff were really amazing. Super nice and ready to help no matter what. Nice free shuttle between nusa dua and the hotel.

Staff is super friendly, they are able to arrange almost everything what you need. Room was so nice and spacious, with the greatest view on the ocean. Location is good if you want to relax and go on the day trips away because it’s quite far from everything.

Singapore-We had a bad experience with the DJ noise on NYE(had to get mad and angry since they were playing music wat too loud at the pool and the suites face it directly). We have a baby and nobody told us. The manager suggested to change to a villa at 11:30pm so no sense to wake up a baby and change at that time anymore. -Needs more fixing and attention to details for the room: some parts are a bit old and towels looked cheap. -The TV wasn’t displaying the channels (all white ans grey) which is not a 5 star resort issue. -Maybe change shampoo and gels because they refill them and the quality isnt good (more like a 3 star hotel in Europe or Singapore). -The beach is beautiful but the access is awful: no stair or ramp to get to it after you reach the beach bar. You have to climb around rocks. -The pool is too hot (depends on personal taste).
-Beautiful views, pool facilities and spacious suite. -Staff was amazing: friendly, going the extra mile and bringing us coffee to the room for free since we had a baby with us! Made our stay! Thank you! -Food is fine: nice quality and big portions. Also plenty of Asian and Western dishes + cocktails and juices. -The spa was also good! Had a great full body massage. -Easy to order a grab to move around Bali!
