About the restaurant reconstruction. At my first day i got my breakfast in restaurant near lobby. It was great and i can get everything that provided. But in my last day of stay, i’ve moved to ballroom to get my breakfast. Sadly it little bit chaos inside the ballroom. When i asked for a cappuccino they simply cannot provided since it was not in the restaurant.

The place is nice, comfortable, relaxing, easy access, good facilities especially the swimming pool. Great place for a relaxing getaway not far from the city.

Too much noise (due to event) during breakfast and dinner, breakfast and half board have plenty food choices but taste was bad and some weren’t fresh. Overly crowded and queue for egg station was too long. Coffee quality during breakfast was terrible..

A lot of activities (billiard, table tennis, pool, gym, basketball, etc.), room is rather old but decently clean, & spacious, staff were nice and helpful, location is good (before batu city so that it’s less traffic and next to jayim park 3).

The sink is clogged. There should be regular maintenance. However it does not really bother our stay.

The pool slides & Jacuzzi. The room is very clean. It is kids friendly. Loves the kids activities offered there.

everything is good and there is nothing I don't like

I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere. Thank you for all the best service that I will never forget, especially to Ms Nadila who gave me a surprise on my birthday. I will definitely come back.

There is a problem w/ our key card n we can't enter the room, so we hv to back n reach the far lobby ....but after we got another card n back to our room it unfortunately still broken....so next time the staff should try first before give another card to open the room door fm outside as the lobby is so far fm.the room

Smile please, the front desk. Guest would want to be expected and appreciated for staying. If guest wasn't feeling that even if the properties are excellent, I'm not sure we want to comeback.

I didn't like to see the birds flying around the restaurant n perching on the food containers. It was disgusting.

Above all the beautiful interior design and spacious structure, what special about this property is: THE STAFF. There are some minor problems with this property (wifi, booking preference was not met, noise, etc), but the staff are extraordinarily apologetic and helpful to solve the problems. I highly appreciate all their efforts to overcome and handle problems arised.  They are really the key of the business. The breakfast buffet is also satisfying with lots of choices of dishes, drinks and deserts, daily menu diversity, and friendly services from the staff. The property itself is very beautiful, spacious with well-maintained big garden. It's very nice talking a walk in the garden. There are also many activities for children inside the property. My daughter enjoyed the bicycle and flying fox.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The foods and breakfast are delicious. If you are planning to go bromo and find a place to stay, I suggest The Singhasari Resort Batu, the staffs are very kind and they will pack you Breakfast to bring along even at 12 am. Overall this place is awesome.

They wake us up in the middle of night, we asking before about why cot not come with blanket and they said we have to paid for it, so we think its not worth it and don't need it then we went to sleep, and I don't know why they call again in the middle ok night around 11.30 just to ask if we ask about it and that it's, it was disturbed our sleep and hard to back to sleep after, there should be policy to not call a guess after 9 or 10

The dinner of beef steak was not good nor value. No wine list given and bar was closed, looked like for a long time! So, only beer available which is disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Room (1001) was garden view but 3 metres garden then a wall.

Room was a good size with quiet door hjnges and also quiet AC.
