The pool was full of algae, broken tiles that were fixed badly. All bathroom areas had bad fixes for waterproofing and silicone to fix everything so made the place look very cheap. Mould in drains. No toilet brush. Mould smell all throughout level 2. Took us most of the trip to figure out there was a child lock on the hot water so we didn't have hot water. Needs a lot of fixing and upgrading in wet areas.

Very disappointed with the standard of the drinks at the Pool & Bar area. You promote Happy Hour between 12.00 & 6.00pm which is excellent, however to find out that the drinks especially the cocktail ones are made with less ingredients during this time was disappointing. For the example Aperol Spritz is normally made with Prosecco or sparkling wine which during Happy Hour it wasn't. It tasted like watered down drink. Even the Sprited drinks seemed very weak with alcohol during happy hour.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and great variety. Staff very accommodating with my wife's Vegan requirements. Pool, Reception & Room staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we checked in until the time we had to leave. Not once were we ever unhappy about anything. Housekeeping, maintenance, waitstaff, reception , gardening and security were all outstanding. Special mention to Koko from reception that went that extra mile for us.

I always come back to the Stones when in Bali. It's a beautiful resort and the staff always go above and beyond to help you and with a smile on their faces. They are beautiful people. A shout out to Radit who picked me up from the airport a few years ago when i first stayed at the stones and ever since then as i continue to come back every year his warmth and wonderful hospitality have been on point. Well done.

The room was damp and wet on the wall and the floor and water was leaking from the aircon. It was said because we open the door to balcony while using aircon. We love the balcony and the bath tub on the balcony so we want to be able to enjoy them without worries that the room will damp or wet. The room still foggy and damp when we had a warm shower, even though we closed the door. Maybe installing exhaust fan in the bathroom will help with the problem.

All the staff are very nice and helpful. They are doing very excellent on the job and great attitude especially Miss Alit Dwi Laksani. She is really nice . She was making sure that we are happy with everything and catered to our needs . I think we falling in love with this hotel more because of the staff attitude and service . The room is spacious & nice. The pool is great. The location is very good, near the beach , restaurants & shopping centre.

This hotel is amazing. From the staff to the room and the facilities it was all amazing. We loved the pool area which was massive and was there everyday. Restaurant had wonderful food and great specials for the night. Staff are so beautiful and everyone is just happy. We had a bathtub on our balcony which was so lovely and the view was incredible. Lots of good breeze coming through. They had a kids corner which my son loved and would go after breakfast to play video games or do activities while we finished eating.

Being searched and go through a metal detector and bags through X-Ray scanner EVERYTIME you come back.. Felt a little excessive even if you just went out to the convenience store and back.. this is not Compton California, relax a little guys haha..

Staff is amazing, rooms and room service impeccable. I didnt use the pool much but everything was very clean! Overall, great experience and good location close to the beach.

The plunge pool was quite dirty, and we asked the staff 2 times to clean it but they didn’t clean the pool. And then we asked again for the 3rd time on (our 3rd day of the stay) and then they finally cleaned it.

We booked a room that has a plunge pool, and overall I really liked the hotel, the location, the hotel staff were very friendly, breakfast is also good. The hotel facilities (swimming pool, pool table, gym and spa) were amazing.
