We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaWe would suggest the hotel management to provide more than 1 3 pin socket for travellers from Malaysia. I believe the hotel management will only provide upon request.
We like their minimalist interior design and all of their staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't expect the hotel would provide scooter rental and massage service. The strategic location is a bonus as I can roaming around looking for dinner and stuff.
