Rooms were beautiful. Tidy with walk in shower. Bed was really comfortable. The upstairs pool area was lovely with sun beds. Breakfast in morning was delicious and great value and healthy. Excellent value for money. Felt like a relaxed boutique hotel.

The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the WiFi in the room. As I was doing a bit of work in-between it would have been great to have a stable connection.

The hotel itself and all the staff were amazing, and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is well worth it. A great spot if you are an avid surfer.

Payment by card requires extra fee 2.5%, no laundry option on premises even though it says in the facilities, unstable wifi inside the rooms, it's ok in the lobby

Very basic, Mastercard doesn’t work, room facilities especially toilets are old and as for me not clean enough. Not all taxi can arrive there. Big high steps at the entrance and no lane for trolleys.

Such an epic location, two minute walk down to the beach and lots of ice chill beach restaurants. I like that it had an actual duvet and not just a sheet like most hot countries. Great air con and cleaned everyday!

Aircon is strong. Wifi works well. The whole hotel has a nice decor with a surf theme. There are also interesting books and props related to surfing placed around.

the hotel itself is not very new. when you come to the room you see that the furniture and everything is not new, the room is quite small

The hotel is very close to the beach where you can enjoy in the evening the sunset, watching the surfers and go to the la Brisa bar (which famous here). In general it was close to everything. The hotel is very clean and I can recommend it of you need a time of from the jungle live😛

Price/value I would say is a bit high. no laundry service which would have been helpful. hairdryer does not have enough power . you cannot hail a gojek from the hotel using the apps , there’s a ban, but you walk 6 minutes and then you are allowed. That has nothing to do with the property yet good to know.

Quick access to the beach, it has elevator which is appreciated if you carry a lot of stuff like was my case. Pharmacy and 24/7 convenience store around the corner and 1 min away from Labrisa. My room was facing east, so was nice to wake up with the sunrise. My room was quiet and peaceful despite of reading other reviews about the noise coming from the construction site.

Taxi ride from airport takes over 1 hour and taxi rate at airport kiosk quotes 450,000 Indonesian money ($45 Australian $35 American) Bali traffic is chaotic. Pedestrians must be very careful of traffic. Roads are narrow and very congested.

Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable hotel. Accommodating staff. 150 meters off the main road so no noise. Easy 5 minute walk to Echo Beach, which is a popular and affordable beach bar area with lifeguard swimming and many surfers.
