The pillows in the bedroom have been a little too big and high for us. But the rest was just perfect :)

They need to either upgrade the manicure and pedicure services by having the correct tools e.g chairs, the machines to take off color etc or completely eliminate this service. We paid for manicures and pedicures but were unsatisfied as they didnt have the equipment to do a proper job.

Clean grounds, excellent customer service even at 2am arrival time we had someone waiting for us. Clean room, excellent massages and amazing food at the restaurant. Highly recommended. The shuttles to the city center are a plus

Amazing property. Very courteous and helpful staff. Ogda at Kaveri spa is an excellent employee. Did amazing spa and flower celebration for my wife and went abive and beyond to make sure our experience was a memorable one. Budi - resort manager helped us setting up the room better than expected. Will be back again and recommend all my friends to stat at Udaya. Dinner and brekfast were topnotch as well.

not mentioned when we booked was the extensive distance and amount of steps down and up to the Villa, anyone who has trouble with knees, walking and especially stairs would not be able to reach the Villa.

Wow what what a beautiful stay! I arrived early at 11AM and was able to check in to my room early which was SO beautiful and spacious. The pool area is magical! As it was quite warm, I spent my afternoon there reading and relaxing and it was such a treat. I was attending an evening workshop at the yoga barn so ordered room service and enjoyed the vegetarian rice rolls and chickpea salad. Just wow, and so refreshing! The yoga deck is beautiful, and there is a rooftop gym which I used in the morning before a delicious breakfast. The staff are so kind and sweet too!

Our room was large and had all the facilities required. It was easily accessible to the pool and spa. The spa facility rivals the resort in size, providing a range of services that were a pleasure to make use of. There was nothing at Udaya Resort that I can fault. The hourly free shuttle to and from Ubud centre was immensely useful and appreciated.

We were in an Ubud suite which was a beautiful room but at least a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance. it’s totally worth it but it is a trek every time you want to go somewhere, especially in the rain. Not necessarily negative, but worth knowing in advance!

Really stunning hotel and beautiful rooms. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary shuttle into Ubud every hour was super convenient. Great breakfast and morning yoga at the sky yoga hut was such a treat!

Absolutely nothing (only questioning why this hotel isn't a 5*)!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We had the best experience here and literally could not fault this place at all. The staff are the loveliest, friendliest, welcoming and helpful people who all go totally out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay and experience in Ubud. Food at the hotel is amazing, the multiple course breakfasts and fresh juices and plenty of dinner options. Happy hour too. Rooms are stunning - we had a garden terrace room. It was huge with outdoor bath and shower, separate dressing area and bathrooms. The Udaya spa is a lovely experience - massages, scrubs and flower Bath all very Balinese. Morning yoga too looking out over the rice fields. Hourly shuttle dropping off and picking up in Ubud centre.

Loved everything here! The staff are incredible, kind and help with creating the best memories especially Dwi! Floating breakfast and flower pool was beautifully made, thank you so much to Udaya. It is a heaven for nature lovers! I will be back in September.

I don't believe it really reflects on the hotel but there were ants in the room that I didn't love. We did not notify the hotel. I understand that the property is in the jungle and nature is it's own force. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of mosquitos. There were a few but less than expected. The beds were firmer than I would have liked, but that's personal preference. Also there was a rooster nearby, not on property, that took his job seriously.

The staff was amazing, they remembered our names and preferences and even called when we missed breakfast to see if they could deliver it to us. They gave us a cake on our first day to celebrate that we were on our honeymoon. The shuttle to town was wonderfully convenient. The restaurant was delicious and had plenty of options, eastern and western. They refilled any of the complimentary toiletries we used each day. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, and bubble bath by the tub.
