Impersonal staff, stingy attitude - only 2 bottles of 500 ml of drinking water in the room, though the bfast is part of the tariff they crib if you order extra, untidy bath tub, patchy service overall. We checked out a day earlier and management refused to refund the money.

Big pool, spacious bathrooms

The flush was a bit weak and would need 2-3 flushes before you’d get a full flush but it wasn’t a major enough issue that we sought help to fix it.

The villas were modern and comfortable. The pool was clean and large enough to actually swim. The staff were very prompt and helpful. the breakfasts were delicious with a varied menu and the location is right in the heart of Seminyak.

The toilet was not flushing well. It only flushes after a few attempts which was very annoying. We have asked the staff to fix it but I think they couldn't fix it properly. I guess it's a common issue in islands like Bali. I would say that is the only thing we disliked about the property.

Everything.. Staff were the best, you only see them smiling at you and very helpful. Villas are spacious and super clean. Breakfast was great. We initially booked the 300 sqm villa for 2 nights to try it and ended up extending for another 3 nights. Perfect location, in the heart of Seminyak.. A walking distance from the most popular Restaurants, bars, night clubs, beach clubs like La Favela, Mexicola, Ku De Ta, Potatoe Head, Mirror lounge & Club and Shi Shi Night Club. You barely need a scooter or a taxi to move around. The place was so quiet, though it is 1 min away from the busy streets of Seminyak where all bars are restaurantd are located.

Great location and the staff are super friendly… breakfast is just ok nothing to rave about and the showers could do with a really good clean . Other than that great location and super friendly staff .

It was a good villa with private swimming pool

Unfortunately, my partner and I stayed in the 1 bedroom pool villa for 5 nights NOV 2022 and it was extremely run down. The toilet wasn’t flushing and when we asked for help, staff came to try fix it and nothing worked. I asked to be moved to another villa, but they said they would try to fix it again, this was a daily occurrence of them trying to fix a broken toilet! I was really unwell for the first 2 nights of the stay which made it a very awkward situation when your bathroom doesn’t work. The staff only offered to change us to another villa where the toilet worked on our last night which was incredibly frustrating as we had voiced our concerns since the beginning of our stay and could see that there were empty villas not being used. TV’s need to be updated to smart TV’s. The TV was tiny and was outdated from the 2000’s. I can appreciate that COVID has affected many businesses financially, however the maintenance has been neglected. For example, our decks were splintered, some locks on doors didn’t work and tiled floors were cracked. on Instagram and their website it shows perfect images obviously taken years prior, not reflecting its current appearance. My family has stayed here pre-COVID and the villas and staff were attentive and beautiful. I really hope that they return to their prior glory. I would like to note the staff are doing the best they can under the current circumstances of being understaffed and under resourced.

- location is perfect right off of ‘eat street’ and is very quite at night - majority of staff were lovely - breakfast was simple and delicious - Pool was very clean and I loved how every night mosquito coils were burnt for us around the villa.
