Nothing to dislike.

This place is hidden gem. This was by far our best hotel while in Bali and one of the best in which I stayed, the location is not central but if you are looking for a quiet, intimate location this is perfect for you. The Family Villa was very convenient for the family. The facilities are great inside the room and outside with a lot of activities much appreciated by the kids and adults (fish feeding, turtle feeding, huge shared living room with piano, cinema, sofa to relax. The food at the restaurant was great, really really tasty and breakfast meals (savory and sweet) were very tasty. The restaurant chef is definitely one of the high point of this Villa. The staff were super nice helping us with finding taxi, activities etc. The pool was warm and great overlooking the sunset and the rice fields. My family and myself enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back here during our next Bali trip :) Thank you for everything!

It is a bit outside of ubud but we were able to use gojek and the free shuttle to get anywhere so made it so easy!

We loved our stay at the Valerian Villa! Everyone was so incredible, I wish I wrote down every persons name but that’s how amazing it was every single person who works there made sure we were treated amazingly and we so were. Ubud can get very busy so it was so nice having this private oasis that was so easy to get to using gojek or the free shuttle valerian Villa has! The details and the facilities and rooms were so wonderful. And very very yummy food!

Location is too far from downtown ubud, the traffic is horrendous and it takes 1 hour to get to the city center.

Amazing villa, super modern and brand new. Super comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast, good food as well. Great equipment and super friendly staff. Nice view from the villas and the swimming pool. We all loved it.

This place might be recommended as cozy club hotel. Modern villas with all you need . Every evening we made food order to our room. The food was tasty,portions were enough to eat. I could say same about breakfast) And comparing with other places on Bali it’s clearly seen that stuff here smile to you sincerely as if you are dear guest. A friend of mine who I stayed with is a picky person. Even she was delighted through all days ) That meant a lot)))

My mom really loved this place. They were so kind to us and took care of us very sensitively. They prepared the breakfast for us at down, when we went out the villa for sunrise tour. It was very touching and so generous. And also they gave me the fresh fruit from their own rambutan trees. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible place. What a gem !!! Everyone who worked there were great and friendly . Especially with the kids. We actually didn’t leave the resort once it was so good. The pool is perfect and we had it to ourselves most days. The view was breathtaking. The food is so good. We made special requests for our kids and nothing was too much trouble. It was almost like we had a personal chef. The food was fresh. They have turtles and fish at the resort and the kids loved feeding them. The room was clean and modern. The villas at the front look stunning and we wish we had booked one of them. The views over look the rice fields. This is hands down one of the best places we have stayed. Small and intimate . They also do free shuttles into ubud if needed

Amazing from the start to the end (we even extended another night hehe). The place is so serene & comfortable & new, the team of staff topped it all up with their exceptional service. Special shoutout to Teddy & Wijaya who really served us with their hearts… & the other staff that helped us with the swing, breakfast in the room, cleaning up…….. Hotel view was amazing too… pool was the best n clean…. No doubt we will stay there again if we come back to Bali. Also they made a special bday decor for our room, as requested. Really a 10stars well deserved, you will not regret!!

Liked everything, I just wish I had had longer holiday to be able to stay here longer.

I’d rate this hotel 20/10. I felt totally pampered, the personnel couldnt have done more for my convenience. A quiet, spotless clean, amazingly beautiful, better that the pictures show. I also liked that the hotel is smallish so theres not too many people, no queues, very often I had pool only for myself. Breakfast was excellent, based on your own choise, my diet was well taken into consideration, serviced into the table in a beautiful garden area or inside if you’d rather sit there. The location outside Ubud was good, there was not noise from the traffic. Hotel trasport service was also beyond expectations.

This property is unique and exceptional. It has fascinating sunset overlooking, so if you willing to enjoy calmness and nature it is your best choice. Also, it is extremely clean inside and outside the room. Food menu was fresh and varied daily. Worker are super kind and friendly, thanks to Mr. Wiryadi in front desk for his supports during our stay. Valerian Villa is definitely deserved to be visited. recommended

Our stay was phenomenal - from the room to the staff to the facilities and everything in between!! They were so accommodating, food was amazing and we always felt safe. Our room was huge and so clean. If ever back in Bali we will definitely return. Thank you for everything!

You can't do much by walking. And sometimes there is a lot of traffic to get into Ubud.

My first visit to Bali included a stay at this hotel, which was fantastic. The hotel looked like it came from a dream, with lovely decorations, a peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness. It felt super secure due to the gated entrance and attentive security. The hotel featured a space like a living room, perfect for playing the piano or relaxing with family and friends. The staff were humble and kind, really helpful and easy to talk to on WhatsApp. They offer a free shuttle to the Ubud Market. Since I was by myself, I frequently used Gojek/Grab to get around. It was quick and easy, usually taking 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend staying here.
