There was nothing I 'didn't' like. I had requested a room with access to an elevator and I got that , but I had no balcony, I understand renovations were ongoing, but the lack of balcony did take the lustre off the room/

Breakfast was very very good, my 8 day stay meant I could have a different brekky every day and the choice was excellent. Beach was clean and access for walking was very good. I also like that I could go to the smaller salt water pool that was not frequented by too many children.

There was some construction or something so I could hear the noise during the day. And the lobby music could also be heard in the room (2nd floor). It is clean but needs to be refreshed. For instance bath tub had some damage and it just has an old dilapidated feel to it. The wifi keeps going out so dont depend on it.

Room service was good the food was very nice. Room was big and clean. Comfortable bed. Free bottled water available.

The Japanese restaurant had poor service on our first visit, we had to leave half way through our meal as it was taking far too long to bring food out, and this was at the time when the restaurant was at 30% capacity so far from being busy. Although the kids club was good, I think they should have better activities arranged for the children.

I booked a sea view suite which didn't meet my expectations, in fact it was far from it. I was given a large room with living space as you'd expect in a suite, however it was extremely dated and not livable. After spending one horrible night I asked to speak to the GM and asked to me moved. Apparently the hotel is going through refurbishment and therefore just over half of the hotel has older looking rooms and not been updated. Once moved to a new modern wing we felt like we've moved hotels, it was amazing and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Selection of tea in the rooms. No camomile tea. No Perpermint tea thats just peppermint on its own. You have to purchase kt through roomserviice at a ridiculous price. Also had a bad experience with one of the ladies braiding my 3year old daughter hair They charge 500,000.00 ($50 Australian) to braid it but literally had no idea what she was doing. When our Indonesian nanny mentions this to her and showed her how it's meant to be done her response was ok then you do it. This person was arragent, horrible and rude. She thought she saw better then us because she lived in perth and only comes to bali for 2 months a year. After this horrible experience My 3year old daughter was crying so much and so upset because her braids were very badly done and looked nothing like the pictures being used to advertise the service. Spoke to managent. All they said is we'll retrain her but this is not a punishment for how she acted towards us and my 3 year old little girl. Felt.like managent don't really care.

Breakfast was great. Waiting staff were friendly. Room were nice. Not modern but just nice.

The kids pool area is very limited but there were other kids activities so it was ok.

Facilities were incredible.So easy to have a relaxed and enjoyable trip. Kids loved the bikes and beach!

I don’t think there was anything to fault.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. It catered for all cuisines. The beach was at our doorstep easy access and plenty of daybeds available to guests. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel passed our expectations and was very easy to get around.

Facility on the resort is just okay. If you are Indonesian dont go to the "ikan" restaurant. Just dont. I spend 3 days on the resort and i got bored. I guest 2 days are enough to fulfill all the "free" facility on the resort. But, if you are ready to spend Rp 2mill for 90min of heavenly spa, or Rp 200k for 30min golf simulator 1 week will never bore you.

My reservation from booking.com was mistakenly shortened by the hotel staff, but fastly recovered by the front office supervisor. The deposit system for the hotel was nearly made mandatory by the hotel staff, even though I didn’t use it. The staff was just too insistent about it. And the portier, who we asked through the reception team to come to help us with the luggage at the checkout, just didn’t show up, so we carried our luggage by our own. The last point is the adults pool. No supervisors or lifeguards, who are at least sometimes watching it - there are always kids in the adults pool. Haven’t understood why it’s called adults only.

Excellent hotel - we were upgraded to the Premium room category, all the furnishing was new, interior design completed with a great taste. Location is excellent and close to the town and shopping mall, beach is clean, staff is friendly and breakfasts are just awesome. The territory is green, neatly cleaned and aesthetic. Marriott standards are strongly felt in the air.

The television in our room repeatedly would not "load" properly. The latch on our door was loose and would lock behind us making it impossible to access our room. Staff responses and interventions were immediate and successful. Laundry services were excellent but quite expensive.

All of the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet, included with the room, was the most varied of any we have ever experienced and all the food was top quality, especially the gluten free options. Whenever we experienced a problem (e.g. with our room door latch), staff response was immediate. We loved the Italian restaurant, the many pools and the poolside staff. The room facilities (beds, bathroom, closets) were beyond our expectations. Boxed breakfast was exceptional. Poolside service was excellent. The beach furniture was in excellent condition. Beach was clean. The room upgrade on our arrival was a wonderful surprise.

A few people we spoke to mentioned that some upgrades were needed in their rooms.. the elevators were a bit dated and didn’t open at our floor for 2 of the days of our stay.

Excellent facilities. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lobby area, pool and grounds and superb.
