We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery little to complain about! Would be nice to have a bedside reading lamp and a few more convenient power points.
Very friendly and helpful staff - happy to assist guests with anything (directions/maps, ordering taxis, storing luggage, etc). Secure and well maintained property, with prompt response to any maintenance issues (the spa pump was not working on our arrival, but it was fixed within the hour). Nicely designed villas, kept super-clean. Comfortable beds. Someone to come and cook your breakfast every morning! Beautiful gardens. Quite a serene setting in the hussle and bustle of Sanur! Close to Sanur activities, shops, restaurants, and a short walk to beach. In-house massages were a treat. Massive (mostly English) book collection at reception, free for guests to take (or leave) a book. Did I mention how friendly the staff are?? 😊

AustraliaOur stay at Zen was really beautiful, staff were so polite and friendly and helped organise our boat last minute to Nusa Lembongam. Other reviews mentioned insects in the room we never saw any at all. Also walk to main road restaurants shops etc was 5mins beach around 10-15mins. It is very quiet and really good for large groups as there is a number of villas to hire.

AustraliaLocation is a bit far from shops. A lot of walking along rough roads and narrow alleys. Also some dust from construction sites. If you have mobility issues use a taxi, costs about $3AU to get to local super market.
Everything was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful and prompt. Villa E was spacious and the pool fabulous. Very quiet area

NetherlandsOur villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a garden and private pool provided a great stay for our 6 nights on Bali. There was a spacious, modern and well maintained living and dining area with also a fully laid out kitchen. TV, DVD player and fast enough wifi was also present. The location of the villa was very private and it was surrounded by a lush, green garden which was well maintained. The plunge pool of our villa was not very big but adequate for the both of us. We had a very nice breakfast each morning which the staff prepared in our kitchen and served on the terras outside. It couldn't be any better to start the day! The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful with everything. A big thank you to them! We very much enjoyed our time at The Zen Villas and should we return to Bali this will certainly be our next stay!

We have stayed at The Zen Villa's on many occasions & always had a fabulous time. Staff are tremendous & the locations is great. The only issue was that the Living area in Villa Bliss is not airconditioned & it was extremely hot when we were there, so we spent many hours in the pool. Could not fault the service that we received from both management & staff. Would certainly stay again in one of the villa's that has air conditioning in the living area.

It was incredibly spacious, the gardens and grounds were lush, green and beautiful. Really comfy bed with good quality linen. The women who cooked our breakfasts were just lovely, housekeeping was great. We really liked the location, it was quiet but not too much of a walk to the main street. Cabs are very cheap if you can't face the walk. The fridge was great, good size. Kitchen was fine, cooked a couple of meals as we were away for a few weeks, cooker and oven worked well. Didn't watch TV so can't comment but there was also a TV in the bedroom. Very prompt repair to a blind that broke. Every member of staff was friendly, and we'd happily return without hesitation. Air con was excellent, in the living area, the bedroom and a strong fan in the bathroom. Ceiling fans too, including outside in the outdoor dining area. Villa D.

We had a wonderful stay at The Zen Villas. The deluxe villa had everything we could ask for . The cooked breakfast every day was lovely and the nightly turn down was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.

The only small things I could point out is that the master/larger bedroom could do with a slightly larger air-con unit, but frankly this wasn't a problem. Location is a 6 minute walk from main street - but market along the way where we bought most of our supplies.
Stayed in the 3 bedroom "Bliss" Villa. It was excellent. Very clean, modern, and very good layout. Excellent pool and felt quite luxurious. I have paid similar amounts for other villas in Bali and they haven't come close to this villa. Breakfast was good, hosts were good. When we got to the villa we all said soon afterwards that we didn't want to leave and would have liked to spend our entire Bali holiday at this villa. Friends who visited were also very impressed with the the villa. Will definitely look at coming again.
