Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lift/elevator was a bottleneck, slow, tapping card doesn't always work, and there's only 1 lift serving the whole hotel... Reception is always busy, a lot of people, you need more staff and counters... Noise from the disco next door until wee hours, continued with the noise from the morning exercise group... A lot of little cockroaches in our unit kitchen...

GermanyCheck-in was a horror - there is only one person and if you have to wait in line - as we - it took more than half an hour. Furthermore, there is only one lift for a very large building - be prepared to wait loooong.
It is more like a small apartment but don´t expect washing machine or a lot of equipment. Basic things are there incl. water dispenser. It is within walking distance from the train station. In general, nice staff - the intern walked with me to a supermarket to buy milk.

IndonesiaThey only have one elevator in the building and it is very slow. You need to always inform the staff if you want to go to the gym so they can take you there since it is located in the other building. The gym does not have weights, only simple equipments. The kitchen inside the room does not have hand soap, sponge to wash dishes and the pan was uncleaned. The restroom sink can be smelly sometime. The room does not have Netflix, they give you 3 cards which can be confusing and inconvinient to use. Some staff's mannerism were disrespectful towards my spouse who is a foreigner, he was laughed at because he does not speak Indonesian. Also, they knock on your door quiet often so you need to inform the receiptionist all the time (although they still knock anyways). Lastly, the room wall is very thin so you can hear people talk, someone snooring, opening the door etc.
The room in general is clean, the view is good, no vehicle noises, the matress is king size, plenty of pillows, the kitchen has good facilities, the staff is very helpful and can communicate through WhatsApp. The pool is clean, huge, can access to both indoors and outdoors, the gym is huge, there is a pingpong table as well. Lastly, wifi is pretty fast. The location is only 8 minutes to Podomoro Mall by foot, 10 mins to Japan Embassy and major banks by car.

MalaysiaBooked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 guests, but was only provided 2 towels. It was easily sorted but because the phone in the room did not work, we had to take a long walk and go down to reception to sort it out. Also, not really convenient that there is only one bathroom, but we managed to make-do. Other than that, everything else was great.
The apartment, including the rooms and bathroom, was spacious. Equipped with a coffee machine and water dispenser, which made it very convenient. Beds were very comfy. 24 hour restaurant also was great, especially when we got hungry at 6am. Best part are the staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful - especially the receptionists.

IndonesiaHallway is hot during the day although there are air-con, probably not on. From the day we checked-in we need to ask for towels. They always inform us that the towels were not ready because of the late delivery from the laundry company. This is my first time staying in the hotel that has shortage of towels every day. Each room given only 1 bathroom towel/pax for shower. No face towel or other kinds of towels. Some towels that we received have small stains. My blanket cover has small hole. Deposit box in the room cannot be used. We report them to get it fixed, but it was not fixed. Breakfast food is poor quality.
I like the space. We lived in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Dining and living room is decent. They have microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Standard utensils. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is good. Stepping Stone cafe is open 24 hours and has live music at night is definitely a plus. Air Con is working normally.
