There should have been a small fridge and a small safe in the room for more comfort. I didn't like the mosquitoes, but the hotel can spray your room to kill the mosquitoes before you sleep if you like.

The staff were very accommodating, very polite and kind. The breakfast buffet every morning was great. I could text them on WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel--that is great. They found a car and driver for me to rent to take me on a tour of the town. Free airport pick-up and drop-off. It is a quiet place, near the airport but far from Medan. The bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. The staff spoke some English.

Airport shuttle was not there when we arrived which is always stressful. After some whatsapp messages and phone calls it did arrive. Breakfast was awful--poor selection of tepid food. Sadly we were not told of fresh omelette option until we had finished and saw other residents requesting it. Need fruit juice, better selection of tea/coffee, better selection of fresh fruit, some fresh bakery.

Very helpful staff in reception and main restaurant. Good location. Comfortable room. Lovely grounds. Nice pool area. Reception staff were very good at arranging the return shuttle to the airport to suit us. They also kindly allowed a complimentary checkout at 1300hrs as we had an afternoon flight

The shuttle to the airport was only a set time the morning we left, and took longer than expected + you have to wait in all the people that is going in it. So take a lot of extra time to be able to get to your flight.

Very nice pool and some greenery. Good for staying a night if you have a morning flight, but probably not if you plan to stay longer

The restaurant meal was disappointing - it came wrapped in cling film and was clearly reheated and not cooked fresh.

I was travelling with my daughter so it was good I was able to specify a twin room. On arrival they arranged a free airport minibus for us at the right time.

The rooms were smelly. Given that the breakfast is included our lunch package for our early flight was a joke, 2 white bread sandwiches with just chicken and cheese. But hey there was some mayo and ketchup separately… 3 eggs per person that were boiled almost to dust. They charge you for the big water bottles on the room and for a hotel like this which isn’t exactly cheap I expect that to be included.

The pool area is nice. It’s a good place to spend the night before the flight. It’s just pricey.

Window in bathroom couldn’t close and there were mosqitous in the room.

This hotel is perfect for you, if you... - ...do not want to go to sleep before 00.00, even if your flight is in the early morning (while the hotel is actively promoting its closeness and shuttle service to the airport). There is loud amateur live music (karaoke?) blasting all over the hotel complex nonstop between 19.00 and 00.00. We could not sleep in our room with windows closed and a call at the reception at 23.30 to lower the volume had no impact. - ...do enjoy 20 Moskitos in your room, because the staff left the bathroom window open and the lights switched on in the room before you arrived. - ...do not want your order of the room service to be correct, even after correcting the guy on the phone 2 times. - ...enjoy thick watermelon syrup labeled as passion fruit juice. - ...do not want to watch TV, because the antenna is not connected. - ...have no problem with the strong smell of the toilet drain in the bathroom as well as weirdly smelling towels.

The breakfast buffet is amazing if you want 20 different kinds of traditional asian savoury meat, curry, rice and noodle dishes at 7 in the morning. If not, there is toast with jam.
