Staff had limited English but were very helpful. Security wasn't super tight so would have been a concern if I had lots of valuables

Awesome location in Canggu, walking distance to plenty of great cafes, the beach, and Finns Rec Club, but set back so nice and quiet. Hotel itself was clean, and pool refreshingly cold.

The door made by glass so we can hear any sound from outside. And they give the card key room and for electricity room only 1. The staf said don't have anymore. When i want go out to beach club the staf said he will open my door later. But when i came back no one at reception. I looking for everyplace but didn't find anyone and after waiting 20mnt he came. And the location is behind the small road, only 1 car can pass the way.

Location is near with atlas and finns beach club, many restaurants and near beach too.

Bathroom floor would get completely wet whilst showering and No bathroom floor towels provided On our second day we only got 1 towel as the hotel didn’t have enough. We had to go and demand for another one from a empty room. WiFi does not work

i didnt like that you can hear all the noise outside and noises from room next door. the wall wasn't soundproof and my door keeps opening itself

location wise its good because its close to everything and i really like their staff. asked them to change my room to first floor and they followed all instructions i wanted

Our room smelt like sewers, but I didn’t say anything to the staff so my fault as I’m sure they’d have changed my room/sorted it Wifi didn’t work

They cleaned our room twice in 1 week (the cleaning service is free but you need to ask for it). Nevertheless, it wasn’t cleaned properly. The location: it is next to a construction site. The noise, the smells and the view is not the best The restaurant closes at 2.30 pm. If you need to order sth later, you need to go and look around. The ocean was a little bit far. If you are planning to walk, think it twice. Cars and scooters go like crazy.

The internet connection was good only at the level of restaurant. They have a nice pool. There is air conditioner in the room. We had a supermarket and a nice restaurant nearby.

Place is kinda ok but it could be much better. I didn't like that it was possible to connect regular rooms so there was a lot of sound comming from the next room. Family room was much better.

glass door is facing cafeteria, you can’t relax and have to keep curtains closed, open bathroom, insects and other reptiles are coming inside, when it’s raining you can’t take a shower and bathroom full of water

my room supposed to have garden view, instead of it there was a building under construction. it was difficult to get cleaning service

love the location: you can get to the beach by foot, lots of fancy restaurants around, there is pharmacy, supermarket, money changer

I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast. You will not receive extra items such as bath towels, pillows, room key. Cold shower. Construction in hallway started before 8 am.

The pool was a bit big for the space, there was nowhere to lie and it was overlooked by reception and the road down to the parking lot.

The hotel is in a good location, the AC is good but the bathroom door needs to be fully kept shut to keep the mosquitoes and heat out as it’s got an open window to outside. The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, noodles / toast / eggs.

there are some points we didn’t like: bathroom it’s half outside so if it rains and you take a shower you basically shower with rain water too, and it makes a big mess in the bathroom too tiles in the bathroom could be cleaned much better same as toilet and sink stains. last day before check out we got the housekeepers waiting for us to leave before 12 o’clock, it felt very pushy…

close to everything, nice pool and nice staff beds were comfortable too.
