Unfortunately, neighbouring business decided to have loud music until late hours one night a week. However, this should be resolved soon as nearby accommodation are also not happy. Could use maintenance around pool areas and dispose of old towels etc.

Great location, lovely setting with garden, fantastic food at the restaurant, spa, cooking classes, special events and all the staff were so nice and willing to please. Many great eating places are nearby with shopping and beaches within walking distance.

Doors to the villas only have a padlock on them, which is fine when you are leaving the villa but when you are inside the room it's just a slide lock and doesn't feel very secure. Shower could have more pressure and heat, but overall bathroom was okay! There was one night of partying at a club nearby that kept us up all night before we had to get up at 3:30am for the airport, but nothing the staff could do about that (and they kindly left us a warning the event was going to happen)

Good location, can walk to many areas with restaurants. Comfy bed. Seemed nicer than in the pictures when we arrived and staff very helpful! We had an early morning tour booked after our first nights accommodation with a 6am pick up and the staff kindly made us a breakfast box to bring with us on the tour

I stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow. The outside part could have been a in a better condition. There was a funny smell and one day they was dead cockroach. And there should be a proper cupboard to keep clothes. One night there was a big cat that entered my ceiling, I called the reception that sent my two guys immediately to ensure the cat went away

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly but the maintenance team rectified this within a day. They could have been more generous with the complimentary water but there was a convenience store located close to the resort. We were both given a complimentary 15 minute massage and it would have been helpful if we had been advised to book in advance as we were not able to book any time as we had left this to our last day.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices on the menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would particularly like to thank Lydia ( Guest Relations) for her helpful sightseeing advice. The pools and gardens were lovely and well kept.

Requested a room with 2 separate beds multiple times when booking only to show up late at night after our flight to be told no rooms were available with 2 separate beds. So ended up having to share a bed with my brother which was not ideal but we were so exhausted and it was too late to book anywhere else. Would be good to have face cloths and hand towels available in rooms.

Great location, easily can walk to many excellent restaurants and potato head beach club. Good value for money, room was large, shower was great pressure. Staff were very lovely and as helpful as can be.

It must be close to an all-night nightclub as you could hear the base from the music all night until 6am - earplugs required

The bungalow rooms are beautiful and there are multiple pools which is great. It's also really close to everywhere you need to go in Seminyak - very central.

Don't use the taxi from the hotel. I trusted it because the driver was wearing a shirt with the hotel's logo, and I thought would be the safest way to go to Finns beach club. I was charged 200k for a 15-minute ride, and when I used GoJek to come back, I paid 49k, which means the hotel driver charged me 4x more. I felt scammed.

Nice location, you can reach Potato Head on foot and find many nice restaurants in a short walk distance. The hotel entrance and lobby look very nice. The breakfast offer some vegan options (paid).

Room needed a little re furb, but otherwise good .

The staff are fantastic , very helpful and pleasant , breakfast also good , the main pool /garden pool was lovely and quiet. Towels provided. The hotel is situated on a busy road , with lots of bars and restaurants , however, you would never know when inside as it's very quiet . 24 hour security 👍 Our room was a deluxe double in the main building , i wouldn't say it was deluxe , bit tatty , and needs a little paintwork touching up . However, it is very comfortable and there was always hot water. 2 free bottles of water every day and a free 15 min massage thrown in. Overall v good value for money 👌

Food and spa were a little pricier compared to outside of the hotel but still reasonably priced and very convenient.

Really clean, comfortable and modern room. We were lucky to have a room with direct pool access and it was great to head straight from your room to pool. Breakfast included was good value and very tasty. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We got a great massage at the spa too.

The hot water in the shower was not working for 2 nights, waking up the next day very early at 6am with no hot shower definitely not a good experience to be in. Though it got sorted on our 3rd night.

Overall the service, facilities and daily breakfast was amazing!

There's a nightclub on the main road so you can hear the music until 5 am. (This is out of Tony's control, but it is worth knowing) There was no hand towel and hand soap, which is a basic essential. The walls and mirrors looked sad and in need of a refresh. The tv was so blurry and didn't show correctly on the screen. Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but what we spent for the villa, I don't think it's value for money.

Spacious villa with outside bathroom was pleasant for our short stay. We had our own pool, but there's plenty of public ones, which looked lovely. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Laundry service was good, no missing items, and they smelt amazing. The property is lovely and well kept.

The wall between mine and the room next door was super thin so I had very unpleasant experiences like waking up at 5am with neighbors speaking or worst, hearing moans, some brainless out of the mouth moments or skin with skin intimacy sounds.

The pools were beautiful just like the reception and bar area, they have good style. Also the kindness of the staff is incredibly good. The rooms were very spacious but a bit badly renovated.
