Bathroom was dirty, window broken with black plastic covering over, shower not working correctly, no hot water, some of the lights in the room not working. Towels were stained.

You could hear street noise at times, so light sleepers might have troubles on the side our room was located

Simple, clean hotel in a good location. We reported a few things to the staff and everything was dealt with immediately which is always a good sign. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. There is a soul in a bowl attached to the hotel which is great as the food is good. We had a two bedroom suite which was large enough and comfortable for our family the direct pool access was a nice bonus.

Great location with a wonderful pool and bar area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room huge, also enjoyed the balcony.

The door to the balcony did not lock. Very easy for everyone to get into the room. The restaurant downstairs is rather mediocre. Especially the falafel is bad yet overpriced joke.

Nice and spaciious rooms with everything included that a traveller needs. Several convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

The room was lacking in some ways, for example, only one chair, why not two for a room with a double bed, this would make more sense, maybe a small table to sit at. There was a window open in the bathroom that could not be shut so I needed to leave my bathroom door shut at all times or the aircon would escape. They have three floors and no elevator (not really a problem for me, but worth mentioning for anyone who is concerned about that kind of thing). There is a restaurant, but when we asked to borrow spoons to eat some takeaway we got, they gave us plastic spoons instead, maybe they thought we would steal the spoons? The location wasn't terrible, but is a 10+ minute walk to the beach down narrow alleys that are super dark in the evening.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The staff were helpful, our curtains wouldn't close all the way and they sent someone to fix it very quickly. The TV had lots of international channels.

Good, globally but really need better maintenance outside the room, wall and ceiling in common spaces are not good condition .

Could‘ve been a bit cleaner. There were some stains on the pillows and sheets. And the bathroom had a bit of a smell, but it was okay.

It's a shame that little emphasis is placed on the condition of the building or the rooms. Balcony furniture broken (was replaced upon request), plants dried up, glass walls of the shower and fittings completely calcified and partly rusty.

The rooms are very spacious with a nice seating area and a balcony The bed is super comfortable. Staff very friendly and always helpful. There is a very nice courtyard in the building. The pool invites you to swim. The restaurant in the same building offers great dishes all day long.

My bathroom was always dirty after a clean. Always had to go and ask for towels after a clean. Cleaner left a bottle of floor cleaner in our room which was in a water bottle my husband drank. Booked cause in ad it had a restaurant, got there and it was being rebuilt. Pool area has no shade except under the bridge.

The pool is next to the street so not that comfortable in using it . The bathroom has a weird smell in case the ventilation doesn’t keep working . Our neighbours were noisy and with the rooms connecting it was t ideal but that’s not the hotel fault .

Location for us is great and we really enjoyed our stay. You can walk to everything you need or be lazy because you're on holidays and grab a gojek without any hassle.

The most comfortable bed I've slept in during my six months of traveling and that is so important. Awesome, friendly staff and great room facilities. Pool to cool off in too. Stayed here many times and I'm never disappointed. They also store my suitcase whilst I scooter around Bali which is a lifesaver.

Pool towels should be easy to get. I swim with my little nephew and i ask for pool towel in reception, and the guy said yes we will bring it soon to you, but after 2 hours of waiting we still not get it ☹️☹️

I love the location. Its easy to find restaurants and supermarket around the hotel. And very close to the beach and denpasar
