Everything was quite good! If I had to say something, maybe the area around and under the bed could be a bit more clean, but overall, it was clean.

It was a really nice stay in Tri Putri. The staff are so kind and especially the woman who helped us. We called her our "Lombok mama", cause she was always willing to help us with everything. The location is a bit outside the busy aera, but you'll find restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Shower was a trickle

Lovely pool, comfortable rooms, amazing staff, tasty breakfasts and cheap moped rental. Aiya is really lovely, and the location us excellent - a 10 min walk from the beach and the main drag, but near some excellent restaurants.

More so an improvement rather than a dislike…. But the shower floor is on an angle away from the drain which meant that the water would pond in the middle. We had to kick the water towards the drain so maybe a squeegee stick would help for this. But honestly, for the price, we didn’t mind doing it.

We had a scooter and found the location to be really good for us. The room was excellent value for money (basic but comfortable) with a large bed. We really appreciated the lovely breakfast included & that we were able to refill our water also. Last but not least, the owner was lovely & kind, making sure that we were ok during our stay.

Location is a little bit far if you don’t ride a motorbike and it’s not easy getting a taxi. ( if you ride a motorbike it is ok) The room can be improved, by replacing old items, the room can be decorated.

Nice staff, helped me with finding a ride to the beach and back because I don’t ride a bike. Big room, nice pool. They have a store infrount.

Wifi was atrocious. Best to have a e sim as it’s not the only place I stayed at with this issue. Black coffee in the morning also undrinkable. Other than that it’s great.

It was a great guesthouse. Perfect location. Highly recommended. Having a shop on premises helped immensely.

It was a stunning place! The pool is beautiful and well kept and the rooms were spotless and stunning! It felt like we were in a 5* hotel. The ONLY reason I can’t do 5* is because our power went out at 21:30 and didn’t turn back on again until we left 11:00. This made the room SO hot throughout the night and very difficult to sleep. They were incredibly surprised in the morning when we spoke to them, so this was obviously a one off that shouldn’t affect your opinion!

builders working overlooking the pool area which isn't totally comfortable but it is unavoidable. not the end of the world but did put us off using the pool a bit. I'm sure they're nice though! maybe a little fruit platter with breakfast would be nice as well as the watermelon, pineapple, melon or banana - just an idea :)

Facilities are rundown although it seems very new. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom during strong rain. It seemed as if the room hadnt been cleaned before we arrived as there was a lot of dust on many of the facilities, the tap in the bathroom was not holding still.

The room is pretty run-down. The shower sink is broken, so it smelled like sewage water. The bed doesn't have night stands. The lamp over the bed was broken. The bathroom appliances are all rusty. The garbage bin in front of the bungalow was only emptied on the last day of the stay. The hanger for drying clothes is rusty, so it leaves brown stains on clothing (maybe a wood one would be a better choice?).

Super friendly and welcoming staff. The garden and pool are well cared for. The breakfast is good. The host aya can help you arrange anything for a good price (transportation, excursions, scooters).

Perfect stay in a very nice homestay. The host was so nice and helpful, even before I arrived, we exchanged on WhatsApp. She organised a car to pick me up at the airport, really easy to rent a motorbike. The breakfast was so good, made fresh everyday. The room very clean. We spent a whole afternoon by the pool just to chill out, and it was really nice.

The staff at Tri Putri were fantastic, they were always so kind and willing to help. We checked in a little early (unexpected) and they helped us put all our surfboards and bags in another room while they finished cleaning our room and then helped us move it across which was great. The room was big enough to have my 9'6 longboard laying down and not be in the way which was great. They served a simple but great breakfast with a few choices which was perfect after early morning surfs or adventures. They also lent me the business ute to go and pickup my longboard because they didn't have any scooters with racks (booked out), which was above and beyond anything I was expecting and really helped me out. The location is pretty good, a little bit further away from the main area of kuta but great if like myself you aren't into partying and just want a quieter place to rest and relax.
