More seating by the pool would be great, as the hotel has quite a lot of rooms, and the beds van fill up very quickly.

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Hotel is directly by the beach, many shops and restaurants in the area. Pool area was also nice. Staff was amazing and very nice and helpful. There is a rooftop bar & restaurant and also a café in the hotel.

The sunset from the rooftop bar is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect The staff parking attendant learned my name quickly and greeted me with such kindness. Tia at the front desk took care of all my comfort needs. Bim Bim (at the lobby bar), Faris and Deoga (rooftop restaurant) gave exceptional customer service. Faris even took the extra step and spoke to the kitchen team about my food restrictions and they created a vegan Nasi Goreng that was honestly the best food in Bali.

The so-called laundry room. What a joke, a single washer and dryer stack unit that takes hours to do a load. My advice-quit embarrassing yourself and get rid of it.

Staff, especially those wearing wearing black shirts. Very friendly and helpful bunch. Laundry service by the kilo. Really a great service. Breakfast buffet. Nice room with amenities.

Everything is fine here

No bad odors were detected in the room which makes us feel comfortable. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Oh yes I like the pool on the sixth floor!

Watch out for the pastry. we ate pastry in the bar downstairs next to the lobby, and drinks some cocktails but we found mold at the bottom of the pastry after I already take a bite. Disgusting And after that we got a complimentary lava cake and that’s was really nice.

The checkout at first the manager was a bit rude. However when I had explain to him about recompensing me due to plumbing issue at 3am in the morning he was a bit sarcastic . I had to put him in his place. The lady manager was lovely person to deal with !

No separation between bathroom and bedroom. Property CANCELED our reservation because we were unable to confirm our check in flight due to being on the flight when they called me. We arrived and were able to get our reservation reinstated, but they said past 12 am the cancellation remains in effect. So beware of this when you book. Let them know your arrival time.

The food was mostly good, however we ordered room service of one Australian ribeye steak which was very pricey and unfortunately not good at all (we couldn’t even eat it) I also was woken up by housekeeping one time in the morning of our stay.

The staff were incredible, so friendly and helped my family of 8 with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean - 5* service from housekeeping. The view from the pool was unreal.

Modern, clean hotel located on the road along the Kuta sea front. The staff were amazing! Such a warm, friendly welcome, which was much appreciated after being away from home for a while. They were all so helpful in every part of the hotel and made our stay so much better. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and was all very tasty. The hotel is a short walk to the beach front shopping centre and very close to lots of other shops and restaurants etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Tribe!

Our room was opposite a construction site and our aircon was very loud. The pool area was not for guests only, and therefore, the available space was very limited. One of the more expensive locations for drinks.

I think the pool closes a bit early, would be nice to be able to come back late at night and still swim. I also wish the breakfast buffet had some more western options such as your classic bacon, eggs, sausages, tomato's, beans. However it was still good food. My biggest gripe was the price of the cocktails, they were a fair bit steeper than most other pubs/beach clubs which added up to quite a lot if you spent a whole day drinking by the pool.

The location was awesome, just a short walk up the road from the Beachwalk Shopping center and not too far to walk to the main pubs, clubs, and shopping areas like Poppies Lane etc. The view from the infinity pool was spectacular, overlooking the beach and all the surfers. The hotel was also very clean, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant were all very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and most could speak very good English. I also liked that there was always a huge abundance of staff so you were never looking around for long if you needed something. The main restaurant on the roof (Afterglow) had good selection of foods and was quite nice also. I also really like that the breakfast buffet had a great fruit selection along with juices and some pastries. Overall the hotel was well worth the money and I'd definitely stay again.
