I wouldn’t class this as a 5 star hotel, especially compared to some of the other resorts near by. It also wouldn’t be a good stay for young kids

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seminyak in walking distance to some of the best restaurants, cafes and sports bars. The breakfast was excellent with an entire menu to select from and the friendly staff made our stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable. The room was made up beautifully every day, with the option of a evening turn down service. Shout out to Tya, Bayu and Yoga who made us feel like royalty every day at the restaurant and by the pool.

The food definitely needs to be improved. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and shower pressure is pretty awful.

The pool area is fantastic, there are lots of day beds and loungers for guests to enjoy. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is also great to start your day, although options are limited and the menu doesn’t change, the same goes for dinner in the evening but it’s so close to everything so you have lots of options to eat elsewhere.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were so big, perfect for our family and all baby things we traveled with. Pool was clean, breakfast was simple but delicious and very well done. Location was perfect, in the heart of Seminyak Eat Street. Best boutique shopping in Bali.

Lots of trainee staff who werent sure of daily specials/promotions. Breakfast was always cold and coffee unenjoyable.

Whilst what we ate at breakfast was tasty, it was quite chaotic and busy, with buffet items running out quite quickly. Bed and pillows weren't comfy enough for us. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

We had a suite and the room was huge! Good storage space and large bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was brilliant and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Breakfast was good. Felt like the hotel was in the middle of a rebrand or development, and was going in a great direction. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and next to lovely restaurants and bars.

The only problem we had was with the laundry service - all our white clothes turned yellow and had marks all over them, but I could fix this by soaking once we got home. Also the lifts always smelt like watermelon vape - very unpleasant. Other than that everything was awesome it was the best place we’ve stayed on our trip and we will be back

Best hotel in Seminyak at an affordable price. Staff were awesome, breakfast was great, the pool upstairs and the restaurant was fantastic. Best sunset cocktails. We loved that we had access to Athlean gym downstairs and the checkout at the time you checkin was very helpful for us. We had a great stay.

Rooftop construction for a restaurant means constant drillings and banging above your room from 8am until 10pm.

The pool on the roof is not so cool. It's not deep at all. At waist level.

Hand towels etc were inconsistently supplied each day. Many broken tiles on floor of pool were a concern for cutting feet. I can’t understand how they were damaged.

Breakfast was great, location excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were huge. Rooftop pool was large and clean.
