FRONT DESK ARI DESERVES A SPECIAL MENTION FOR HIS BRILLIANT TOUR GUIDING AND DELIVERY SERVICE. NIA WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT AND EXCELLENT IN ORGANISING OUR ROUTINES FOR THE DAY. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed walking into little slice of paradise! The villa was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed and the best place to celebrate a special birthday! we had spa treatments and the candle lit dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make this the most memorable birthday ever!!! ❤️❤️

A Boutique Resort set in beautiful gardens with spacious and lovely decorated rooms which were kept extremely clean by staff. Staff were amazing and attentive to all our needs. Will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing time in Ubud Valley Boutique Resort! Such a beautiful place, the views are just breathtaking. The food was delicious and all the staff are so nice and attentive! Would definitely recommend.

To find just something minor - the walk up the stairs to the large infinity pool was ok, although it was just above our villa. Perhaps one day they could create a secrete shortcut! 😉

The unique location in the jungle was awesome, but the best was the outstanding services provided by all of the staff. You feel unique, you feel exclusive, you feel just in paradise. We had the 2 bedroom villa with a pool, just amazing. The dance performance at the pool with a great BBQ dinner at the day if our arrival was the best welcome we could have imagined. Highly recommended!

There is nothing that we dislike about this property.

we had a wonderful 4 nights stay in one of the pool villas with wonderful valley view (and a flowing river below) and a lot of privacy. We enjoy the boutique style enviornment (so it's never too crowded and confusing), the food in the restaurant (esp the mini afternoon tea), the spa, the view, and the quiet village nearby (and very friendly villagers). The resort also arranged a candlelight dinner for our anniversary, which was better than we expected. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back for another relaxing, no fuss time.

It is a little far from downtown and the restaurant is not so good.

The views are amazing. The staff is very friendly. The houses are spacious, comfortable and so beautiful.

Only thing is that the hotel needs more investment on internal facilities in the room. although the bathroom is quite ok but the bedroom really need to improve. understand the hotel may wish to give guests impression of natural but internal facilities really can be better. as when I booked this room says 300 square meters I really thought I can spent my 3 days in the villa. but because it is so natural, so very hard to have food outside of the room.

The valley view was fantastic and all staff in the resort were so nice and warm. love the big breakfast and dinner the food in the restaurant was amazing. like the vibe in the restaurant which is so peaceful with the music around. love the massage experience which got higher standard than outside in the town. Thanks a lot for mr Edi he is very kind each time hope he can get full time job as he works so hard.

ubud valley boutique hotel is the most beautiful hotel experience I have ever had in Bali. The owner is an artist, so the design is tasteful in keeping with Balinese traditional architecture and creative in the attention to detail, including picturesque, peaceful gardens, infinity pool overlooking the valley and incredible individual hut rooms that are both beautiful and comfortable. The staff are like family and the hospitality is second to none. The food is organically grown and incredibly delicious. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are well cared for and offer a regular shuttle service into and back from ubud for shopping. They also offer daily activities. We did a local village tour and a yoga class by the pool. We also treated ourselves to a massage on their spa which was amazing! We will definitely be back to ubud valley boutique hotel. An extraordinary and unforgettable way to experience the true Bali.

Nothing. It’s a little remote, especially with the bridge into Ubud under construction but this didn’t impact our stay. Just a small call out and something to be aware of.

It was a bit of a drive out of town but I think that’s quite standard for Ubud. And the hotel provides a free shuttle so it’s not a problem!

Stunning gardens, huge beautiful bedroom with comfy bed, outdoor shower, fantastic staff, good restaurant, gorgeous infinity pool with wonderful view of the valley. Afternoon tea brought to our terrace every day!

Nothing i can thunk of, it was just perfect.

1. Breakfast was delivered (free of cost) to our room if we didn't deel like going to the restaurant. Not many hotels deliver free buffet breakfast in to the rooms! 2. Our room had an incredible view of the valley and the greenery, giving it a rainforest feel. 3. The infinity pool, amazing. 4. The staff was just amazing. They went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. I dont think i have ever seen such an amazing group of incredibly hospitable hotel staff! I would like to name a few: - Nia - Pupung - Dewa - Epa - Edi - Widyana - Mayun

The location is really quite far out from the town. But I guess it's ok if you really want to stay within the resort. Might be good to offer transport service to Ubud town.

The service is excellent, especially the restaurant waitresses. Two of them were exceptional, Sulis, in particular. She remembers our favorite table and reserves it for us and she is attentive to our requests. Takes time to explain the dishes and drinks. Breakfast spread is excellent and they can make teas and drinks according to how you want it. Room is well stocked and it's nice that they serve complimentary snacks, the nuts are great! I love how comfy the bed. Overall very satisfied, would come again if not for the distance to town.

Amazing room with an exceptional view overlooking the forest. The epitome of tranquil! We had been struggling to sleep in Singapore then once we arrived we felt so relaxed. The food is fantastic as were the massages. Staff lovely. Overall an excellent experience in the jungle. Wifi was poor in the room but good in the restaurant. Its not a negative as it allowed us to fully relax and appreciate the room and view.
