It was an amazing property with fantastic facilities, great place to recharge the body and mind and a fantastic location on the beach.

Only tiny thing I could have enjoyed more was the bed - it was upscale, but a bit hard for me.

Absolutely loved my stay at Udara! The calm tranquil vibes, access to yoga, breathwork and massages plus the pool was divine. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Hearing the ocean at night and the views from the yoga salas were so gorgeous! I really enjoyed the food as well, plentiful and delicious.

There is nothing to like about the Udara. It is fabulous.

Udara Spa was everything I had hoped for. I was looking for a child-free retreat where I could relax and rejuvenate. It exceeded my expectations, and I had the most incredible four days. The retreat package is exceptional. The restaurant has great food, with a vast menu and great service. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. At times, it felt like I was the only person at the resort, as I had the pool, spa pool, and sauna area to myself. The yoga options are varied, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. The Sky Spa is incredibly relaxing and, again, great service.

It was an amazing place, absolutely INCREDIBLE, a place where I felt at peace. I really enjoyed the yoga classes , I miss the yoga teachers, they were very nice and helpful, even willing to advise and help you outside the class. Also, I was impressed by the staff, always smiling and willing to help you when needed. After being there for 3 weeks, not only, did I feel I was part of the whole family, but I also made some really great friends, from different part of the world, such as Australia, Germany and Dubai. Looking forward to visit Udara again...

The main water fountain makes a lot of noise that masks the natural sea sounds and makes it difficult to hear the instructors.

My bed was very comfortable. Where I was located was nice and quiet. The ice bath and pools were great. Treatments/massages on site was great

There really wasn’t too much not to like about the hotel. I like the area it is in, including the black sand beach but it is almost 2 hours from the airport with the bad traffic going through Canggu. Also, as much as I loved the resort there were some areas that were hard to walk. The rocks by the shower area near the sauna were slippery and I fell. The rocks by the massage area where you need to bend down to walk was a bit awkward to walk through and could be slippery.

I loved everything about the property! The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The facilities and programs were outstanding. I loved taking different yoga classes and doing breath work. The daily massages helped with the soreness from the classes. The massages were excellent. I went with the all inclusive plan and thought the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a good variety. Everything was healthy and I liked most of the food I ate. The juices, smoothies and desserts were really delicious. The resort is absolutely beautiful! I loved the designs and all the attention to detail.

The property is a place to rest, relax, and recuperate from the stress of everyday life. There are so many choices of yoga to partake in. You can push yourself to do as many classes as possible, or you can just unwind. The days are completely up to you to decide how to spend them.

Words cannot describe how amazing my week long stay at Udara was. The staff are out of this world, always happy & smiling. The massages were amazing. I tried every different yoga possible & loved them all. The food omg tasty, fresh & healthy.

Did a three day all in package, was great as a little treat and in between. Staff was brilliant, probably had one of the best massages of Bali here. Food was perfect! Bed is brilliant!

For me personally this wasn't a problem, but I wouldn't recommend Udara for anyone who isn't relatively fit and mobile, as getting around the facilities is sometimes an adventure, particularly climbing stairs and navigating the slippery stones and caves to enter the sauna and pools. I also found the Sunday Sesh a little bit much for me, however I was happy to do my own thing and find some quiet, but it's a lot if you are looking for peace and quiet on that day.

Udara really exceeded my expectations in terms of food and service. The classes were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Loved the spa, sauna, pool facilities and the room was lovely. The yin and sounds classes especially were fabulous.

Darkness of the rooms In trying to find light, the grassy outside area beyond bathroom, construction workers watching you Trying to meditate and sound bath through drilling and hammering construction noise - but this is a problem all over Cangu area

Uniqueness! Wildly creative environment where all the senses are tested . Different temperatures of water in varieties of pools. Different aromas coming from flowers, diffusers and oils- lots of areas to discover Lots of different yoga available including ariel . Don’t really have anything negative to say but the floors and stairs were odd in some of the spaces

Loved the get-away feeling here and the wonderful staff. We were sad to leave. For the gastronomes out there the food was 5 +stars all the way, everything on the menu was fresh & delectable!! Yoga classes outstanding! Just drop in, about 10-15 in each. We are medium level Yoga people and felt very comfortable with some below and above our level in each class. They provided a motorbike for us to go into Canggu. No beach peddlers to bother you here. Best massages ever

The construction going on at the moment took away some privacy (eg:blinds had to be drawn in the bathroom). The noise also interrupted the massage session peace and quiet. But this wasn’t a huge issue and I know it can’t be helped. The yoga classes and instructors were wonderful but I would have liked more variety and perhaps options for workshops for more advanced yoga practitioners to engage in.

The food was very good with a great variety to choose from. The spa facilities were lovely and the whole resort wasn’t too crowded so there was a lot of nice quiet moments at the pool. There was no need to rush to book places for classes because there were always more than enough spots. The instructors were all so professional and the classes were of really high quality. The sunset yin and sound class was amazingly blissful. This place might be a little remote but if you are there to get away from the crowd, it’s perfect. We found a great coffee place nearby called Clove so do visit it.
