Staff were polite and helpful. Airconditioned Accommodation was of a high standard, and very private. The private pool was perfect in size for 2 ppl. Location was close to everything.

The pictures are a bit distorting, the room is larger but the garden is smaller than it looks.

We had an amazing the time. The stuff is wonderful and very responsive. We liked the meal services and the spa too. The villa is a small separate unit that gives a lot of privacy. The pool is deep enough for swimming. The room is spacious and there is a bathtub at the window.

Everything! The villas were beautiful and the staff were exceptional on housekeeping and helping us with anything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk every where we needed to and only 20mins from the airport. Kilo kitchen where we were given free breakfast every day was a delicious inclusion. I cannot fault Uma Sapna. We would be back here in a heart beat.

There really isn't anything to add, perhaps that in part some areas required renovation but that was already being undertaken.

All the staff were so friendly, from the moment Wyn picked us up from the airport (arrived via Booking.com messenger with the hotel) we were treated with great service. When we checked in, they had even upgraded our room for free (from the plunge pool room to our own private pool) they were doing renovations on part of the hotel, which was great to hear as some of the areas looked a little dated, however, all immaculate and great facilities. The breakfast was also superb and the staff great with arranging Gluten Free items as my husband is Coeliac. Coffee fab!

The photo we booked the villa on was not what we had once there and unfortunately there was construction next door with very limited privacy at times in the outdoor area.

The room was spacious and the plunge pool was refreshing.

Absolutely nothing.

This was truly an exceptional Villa. Everything was just perfect. Location is very central. Very comfortable and clean. The staff go above and beyond for your entire stay and available 24/7 via WhatsApp. I will definitely be back to stay here and highly recommend. I would give 20 stars if I could.

Nothing. I love everything about this Villa.

Everything about Uma Sapna is perfect! The location was central to shops, and eateries and also very accessible. A Grab car was available within minutes every time we needed to head out. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The food from Kilo Restaurant is a winner, I could quite comfortably dine there for every meal. The staff is the star attraction of this Villa, very courteous, always ready with a smile and to offer assistance, the Whatsapp Concierge service is amazing and very responsive and it is much easier than having to dial Reception or Concierge. I will definitely be back to stay at Uma Sapna.

Could have done with a nicer sofa or daybed to lounge around, there wasn't much choice aside from the bed itself and the sofa was small and not very comfortable. Upon arrival we were "upgraded" to a villa with a bigger garden, but only later found out that this was done because our booked category was not available on that day. After we had unpacked, we were told that we were expected to "downgrade" again after 3 nights. We would have preferred that they mentioned this in the beginning, since it is not nice to pack and move villa during the stay. Eventually they managed to find us a villa in the category we had originally booked and we even received a free massage, which shows they really care and do their best.

Great villa, clean and spacious. The breakfast at Kilo restaurant is very nice and a big plus point. Easy walk to most places in Seminyak. Very friendly staff.

It had two power points inside but probably needed one more in the lounge.

The pool was the perfect temperature for swimming day or night. Staff were very friendly and attended immediately to any problems that arose.

wifi cuts in and out, have to log in frequently

great pool, good size room, nice bathroom with a huge shower. Netflix. all of the staff are so lovely and helpful. my husband got sick during his stay, they called a Dr and constantly checked on us. everything about this place is great.

I can't think of anything I didn't like here. What a lovely experience!

I personally don't know where to begin. There's just too many things that Uma Sapna does right as well as the fact that it's location is awesome. Even the included breakfast is from Kilo restaurant which is exceptional as well. Just an overall dream sequence of a holiday we've had here!
