My stay was too short!

Amazing 7 days stay at Umadewi. The hotel was recommended by our friends, and it went over my expectations! Everything was perfect, the staff is amazing, kind and available, the beds confortable, and breakfast was until 5pm. What can you ask more?

The staff are very helpful & extremely friendly. Accommodation was amazing. Rooms sparkling clean. Location is perfect for surfing and/or relaxing. Food was delicious & well presented. Will definitely be back !!!

The only negative thing i can say is that they dont have any milk alternatives! (No soy/oat/almond)

Everything was amazing! My first night i had to move a room because the air conditioning smelled bad, but without me asking for anything the hotel gave me a complimentary 60 min massage for the inconvenience

The Spa was not open and there were no yoga class as had been confirmed.

The first two nights we had a Garden View room. There was only one bedside light and just one hook in the shower on which to hang your towel.

Great position next to the amazing surf break. The Ocean view room was fantastic. Two small cafes nearby, Raza and The Holy Tree were great value for money and the staff were tremendous.

The hotel was the best I have visited in my life. I recommend everyone to get to know this hotel and the staff. Since I am very enthusiastic, leads a detailed description: We arrived at the hotel at night. Even before the stay, the hotel was very good at helping me with questions and suggestions online. The staff at the reception is very friendly and for our stay we got free towels for the pool and a voucher for a massage. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. We always had fresh towels and a very clean room. The beds are very comfortable. The whole hotel complex is very green, there are palm trees everywhere and the garden is maintained daily. I liked the restaurant the best. The price-performance ratio is especially good. Every day a very fresh and large breakfast awaits you, which is served by a very professional staff. The coffee and juices are highly recommended. Since I myself work in the catering industry, I can say with certainty that both the food and the staff are very good. We ate every day in the restaurant and in the evening enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea and incredibly good cocktails. A special thanks goes out to Pande, who runs the restaurant with professionalism and friendliness. We would also like to thank Sintha for the friendly service. In this hotel, every staff member asks how you are and they all know you by name. Very attentive. From the gardener to the cleaning lady, everyone is very friendly and professional. The area is perfect for surfers. I started surfing on vacation and had a lot of fun. The beach is very beautiful. Right next to the hotel is a surf school, which I highly recommend. Both the hotel and the area is an insider tip. It was the best hotel! We will come again. Thank you

The only item which could be a consideration to improve a small component would be the option to select any type of coffee as part of the breakfast option (package deal) at the restaurant. Currently you can only chose the Bali coffee without having to pay extra for the cappuccino. This is not a negative item, just a suggestion.

All staff, gardeners, restaurant staff, security, cleaners etc were excellent - helpful, cheerful, professional and courteous. A credit to the resort. Location and rooms were fantastic. You are right there on the point for surfing, there are several other restaurants within a short walk and surfboard shops to enable hiring of boards (if you didn’t bring your own). Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable, with a great shower. The view from the Beach front Villa’s for both sunset and watching the surf are awesome.
