    The cleaning was quickly done. Bathroom not really clean. Plenty of flies but we found sticky papers to attract them.

    The style of the property. The staff very friendly. For location is great if you have a bike or a car. Small supermarket walking distance. Perfect location for the Mount Batur.

    Upon our arrival, there was no electricity and running water in the place due to a storm in the area. While this could be overlooked, since it was a general problem, the dozens of flies in the room are not. Don't be surprised, that the whole village of Kintamani is full of flies, but on a level that you will not enjoy the moment sitting in front of the building or anywhere outside. However, because the entrance door is not fitted normally, there is like zero chance that you can keep the flies out from the room. The solution from the staff was to spray a can of toxic chemicals in the air that you are supposed to breathe while in the room. Especially great for everybody who has any kind of breathing/lung problem. After facing this situation, the decision was made for immediate cancellation. I asked the staff to call the manager, who promised to show up. He/she never did, and never got in touch with me. Previously I was told that they accept the waiver I have submitted through Booking and will fully refund me. After leaving the accommodation and the city, I received Whatsapp messages again from the staff, not the management, that they are only willing to refund me one night, because of the "boss's policy". Although we haven't spent more then 30 minutes on the grounds and no one else was there, the whole place was empty that day, so no damage was caused to the owners with our canceled reservation. The level of not caring and bad hospitality is absolutely 5/5, that is why the place receives 1/5, because unfortunately I cannot give zero. If you are planning to go to Batur, please do yourself a favour and do it from another city, which is possible, or at least from another accommodation and save yourself the trouble, rip off and bad attitude of this place.

    Nothing, since I haven't spent any time there, because after the first 5 minutes it was clear that we are canceling the reservation.
