Everything. A personalised unique experience. I've never seen a hotel like this before. Goes above and beyond for each individual. The infinity pool and the morning view is like heaven. Perfect place for honeymoon.

The room had only just been developed and opened for guests to stay. All of the furnishings were high quality and the large private infinity pool was a great addition. The staff were amazing - they were so friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and the restaurant itself has a beautiful view overlooking the valley whilst you eat. There is a gym, it is small but there is enough equipment for a holiday workout.

We paid for an airport transfer thinking it would be in one of the hotel cars, but it ended up being a driver and car from outside the hotel, which wasn’t to the same standard. This was disappointing as our original plan was to arrange our own transport to the airport, which would have cost us at least half as much, but we thought we’d treat ourselves as we were flying home.

The hotel was in excellent condition and our room was stunning. The staff were brilliant and made us feel welcome and special on our honeymoon. There is also a convenient shuttle service into town.

There was nothing we did not LOVE about the Viceroy

We LOVED everything about the Viceroy. The staff were warm and welcoming and always extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the view of the jungle from the restaurant was breathtaking. The grounds were clean and well kept and so was our room. And we absolutely loved the pool on the terrace. We would definitely stay again 😊

Given the price of the villa, I was very disappointed to see that the shower and bathroom was located outside the room itself - Kind of like an out house. The drains in both sinks and the shower were clogged. I brought this to the staff's attention, but it was not repaired. The shower and bathroom area was very hot and humid, with no fan(s). The pool on the property was also very small considering the size of the property. The breakfast buffet bar was very disappointing. I will not return to this property.

We had a massage, and it was absolutely horrible. Lots of negative energy. Also there’s lots of fees that is associated with with this resort, that don’t really make much sense. They constantly try to do things to make you stay at the resort, and not go check out the downtown. They even recommend going on the street in downtown, that’s extremely crowded and absolutely terrible, and failed to mention to you the street that’s a little bit calmer, and much more pleasant to experience. They weren’t courteous or concerned about the worst massage that I ever had in my life there. I had a massage every day in Bali, and this happened to be the absolute worst.

There were very little mosquitoes, and the staff was very pleasant at the restaurant. The desserts are incredible. Communication with the resort was nice, and they made the our event feel special.
