First We booked one of the huts it was super old, rusty and smelly then we moved to another hut which was super tight and rusty and full of leprosy I eve found it in my drink then we were moved to one amazing room with spacious shower and clean. This room was renovated and amazing.

Hotel is amazing in amazing location and located infront of the beach, helpful stuff and good breakfast served.

I honestly didn't like the service of some staffs. I remember during our afternoon cocktails when we ordered food at their restaurant, one of their staffs secretly took some fries from our order. I just find it inappropriate.

Villa Ombak is perfectly located in front of the beach. It is a huge resort with 2 pools enough to accommodate guests. In terms of food, they serve buffet breakfast with a lot of selections. They have quality cocktails too if you'd like to spend a chill afternoon at the resort. The rooms are very spacious. You can fit another extra bed inside the comfort room.

There was little choice at the breakfast buffet. Very little catering for gluten free diet Staff we're kind but could have been more attentive. English was poor making communication difficult. There wasn't enough places to store luggage

a lot of flies in the area - it meant any food or drink you had, be it in the restaurant area or poolside - you were attacked by a number of flies until you’ve finished your food.

I request for a honeymoon deco on bed but they didn’t make it. So sad.

This was our honeymoon trip. I really like staying here. The place is so magnificent. Can’t had enough for everything that they offer. The room was big and nice. The Spa was quite good for couple retreat.

The area around the pool needs a little bit of maintenance. Wooden decking is loose. Sharp pieces of wood and I got a splinter in my foot when I got out of the pool. The breakfast was satisfactory. We ended up going out for breakfast on two occasions.

Great location, clean spacious rooms. House keeping were excellent. Booked a snorkelling trip through the hotel that was very good too.

The breakfast is too simple , have to admit that on this island everything must transport from other inland places , hotel try to keep everything in good standard and be practical at the same time . The F&B menu from hotel is very nice ! Worth the money !

Hotel is 25 years old but the facility under good condition . Staff are polite anc helpful , especially the front desk and Customer service contact person miss Tyas . They help us whenever we need it . Also offer her hotel services in good price as we are long stay .

The Hotel is very nice with 2 different pools. The rooms are comfortabel and clean. There are a lot of reastuarant and little shops near the hotel. You can also rent bycicles right in the hotel.
