There was a lot of issues with wifi, i was actually still working whilst on holidays, so needed the wifi, and found that we had to sit at the very front of the hotel restaurant at nights to get work done as the wifi in the room is just too weak to use. TIP: Stay and order a coffee and use your wifi near the pool.

This is a great location - such a wonderful hotel, it's the perfect stay on Gili T - a great hotel with traditional lumbung villas and a gorgeous pool area, great staff and beautiful grounds, right in the heart of the island's restaurants, main street and the port/ferry/boats. This is definitely a place we'd return to - worth visiting and staying here at ombak - loved it!!!

Hotel is getting older and probably needs a bit of an upgrade. The room price per night isn’t really justified for the quality of the room . The beds are not comfortable and need replacing. Problems with the air conditioner as not generating cold air during the day and toilet blocked up but both sorted out very quickly when reported.

the breakfast was so so so bad ! the choice is very poor, no hygiene at all: there were ants on the clean plates, the fruit holders and even in the fruits bowls, not only on one day, but several ones ! due to this catastrophic breakfast, we never ate at the restaurant neither for lunch or dinner.

Breakfast was disappointing - we were put off by the flies on lots of the food at the open buffet. Also, the toilet didn’t have an ablution hose which was a factor for my boyfriend.

So close to the beach! The room we booked, a hut, was a lot bigger than expected for the overall hut as we didn’t realise it was the full thing when booking. The staff were friendly, the pool was lovely and the facilities are great.

The only negative came on the last day, as check out was noon we decided to take our main luggage to the boat company and check in then return for a final dip in the pool and change before checking out, however upon returning to our room we found it unlocked and our belongings removed, my partner approached the cleaners who were several rooms away, she retrieved our missing items from the cleaning trolly however a hat had to be retrieved from a cleaner who had possession of it inside another room.

Main pool was good. excellent pool & bar staff, Rear pool (hidden pool) needs some work deck & loungers in a poor state of repair. Very good breakfast & all you can eat bbq excellent, but felt that the lunch menu could do with some snack items like chicken fingers & satays etc. Excellent location close to everything

The mosquitoes in our room were very bad. They can in ever night to kill them with this spray for us and have us the spray in the end which really helped. I think this might have been a one off because where out hut was situated.

Location and the hotel resort itself was excellent! Staff were very helpful as well! Food was nice, although more expensive then other places you can go, and they have a buffet karaoke night every night which is fun!

the bathroom had an awful smell throughout our stay and you definitely couldn’t relax in there or take a bath it was so bad. had to keep the door closed at all times.

perfect location on the beach with fabulous pool (with bar), provide bicycles for you to explore. The staff were lovely and helpful and the room was spacious and really nice.

people place their towels on the sun beds around the pool, go away for an hour or two, then come back to reclaim their sun bed. Not fair on other guests and the staff appear to allow this to happen.

The expanse of the grounds with gardens was nice. The room we were in had a nice outlook. The room was large, plenty of room. The hidden pool was quiet and peaceful and we preferred this over the main pool at the front of hotel which had loud music and busy Main Street. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Almost non existent Wifi and No English speaking TV channels. For the price of the hotel accomodation, it would be good if pool and beach staff asked the guests wanted to order anything occasionally (rather than needing to get up to order).

due to covid, the property still looked under prepared for visitors. the problem with the pool in the Villa was also disappointing as it prevented us from enjoying it

Quite out dated with old looking bed lights and chair lining/cover was brittle. Fridge was rusted on door. Sheets had a stain on them. They are just coming back from 2yrs Covid shutdown so trying not to be too harsh.

Location was great, staff were fabulous, breakfast was amazing.
