Need to improve the cleaness

perfect location as it in quite neighbourhood, but not far from main road. The room not close to each other so offer more privacy. I love stay in there and i will stay there again, as it feel like personal villa

Driver was late to pick me up from airport, but not too much. When I contacted property, feedback was quick.

Really beautiful resort, outdoors and indoors. Staff very forthcoming and friendly. Never crowded around the pool. Restaurant prepares tasty meals for very reasonable pricing. Never felt under any kind of pressure, never asked ridiculous questions. Very important, immigration office is literally across the street, very convenient for visa extension. Perfect for the first stay after landing in Bali to adjust to time zone change and extend visa. In the end, the most unexpected thing, almost no mosquitos. This might become my usual spot right after entering Bali.

Absolute hidden paradise in the middle of a busy city. Staff were exceptional going above and beyond for our stay. Beautifully carved beds, doors and statues within the room.

Slightly confusing breakfast options as you are charged if you have too many choices. Area is a little odd but that's mitigated by motorbike rental. Quite expensive to rent a motorbike, however (basically double what you'll pay elsewhere).

Can use the pool 24/7. Relaxed staff. Can rent motorbikes. Good Aircon and rooms. Chinese restaurant opposite was amazing.

Definitely, if there was a black spot in our stay that was the mosquitos. We don't know why, but our villa was the place in Indonesia were we found the highest concentration of Tiger mosquitoes. This is not a personal feeling. Nowhere else you can find, among the amenities of the room, along the soap, shampoo or bath gel, an insect repellent. So the property is aware of this issue and try to help, but our little guests were just about to ruin the experience in some moments (particularly when going to sleep).

We had the chance to be at Alindra using a Booking limited offer. For the price of a hotel room we stayed on a wonderful pool villa and that was simply fabolous. Not only our villa, but all the Alindra complex with its gardens, pools, restaurant, were very high standard. Not to talk about the always ready to help staff.

Not well maintained, most of the things are old and shabby. No kitchenettes in villa, less food options. Property is more suitable for marriages and functions. Daily guests are not on their priority list.

Desperately in need of renovations and maintenance. I had visited before covid and it was fabulous.. Now everything is in a sorry state, flush not working, floor tiles dirty and broken, bathtubs need cleaning.. I was heart broken to see my fav place not maintained properly

Didn't know the room would be upstairs as we thought they were all Villas.

It was a great place to stay near the airport. Bed was really big and comfy. Loved the fact they had a massive drinking water supply in our room. The fridge came in handy too.

I have booked the Authentic villa, that was the actual reason I’ve chosen this hotel for our 2 nights stay before departure to Jakarta. What was our disappointment that on a check in day we’ve got a huge OLD VILLA with two floors, old showers and bathrooms that you even didn’t feel comfortable to take a shower or stay there at all, someone shoes was there, furniture was extremely old it was overall looking like in a horror movie for us. The expectation and reality was totally different. Seems that the hotel itself has only the one newly renovated Authentic villa and it is like roulette which one you get. The manager was really helpful and tried to do the best for us, but as the complex was full of bookings we changed to the other cheaper room which was suitable for two people. Also we’ve been offered a free dinner which was a pleasant gesture. But next trip we will not choose the place as for this price we could stay in the hotel by the ocean.

The complex itself is really very nice, in authentic style though it’s 15 min drive by car to the main attractions in Nusa Dua and beach, also 20 min to the airport. It has a restaurant with a very valuable prices and delicious food, we loved it.

We liked to stay in the villa because it had such a beautiful garden, but you need a taxi to get anywhere... beware roads always seem jammed.

Great 2bdr ethnic villa for families, mini kitchen helped with our boys getting hungry literally all the time. Restaurant food was really good.

One of the room AC not very cool, once told they fix it, its not cool enough still but we can live with it. Lunch & breakfast was great. The main problem was mosquito, the room we can keep it close but outside near pool at night is open area hence lot of mosquito, they need to add mosquito net to prevent it totally. The other problem was there some maintenance work that on and off was noisy in one of the afternoon, I complained they compensate it with lunch complimentary so we are even :) the other issue they can fix is get everyone in the facility to greet and smile so they can create positive ambient specially management staffs.

The location was good, close to nusa dua, 5mins walk to amenities, 1,5km suka2 Japanese rest and few other restaurant, we enjoy walking so it was good. We stayed in Grand Villas of 2 room and private pool, was awesome and enjoyable. Staffs in reception and housekeeping very polite and kind enough to help. The place look exactly as per what we saw in picture and the whole site looks great.

It was situated in a remote area so you couldn’t walk anywhere but the hotel had a free taxi service to local beaches.

The breakfast was presented as options on paper, people needed to choose, during the previous evening, one type of breakfast from their options. There is no open buffet, which is very incovenient, because we (my family and friends) like to choose maybe one piece from various. When ordered other items from breakfast list, the staff was very slow. Maybe because they are understaffed and many rooms & tables asking for breakfast, but slow in the way that the bread came after half an hour and the eggs were completely cold by then. In another morning, the eggs were so uncooked, no one could eat them. The bathtub was rather overused and old, looking at the signs from it. The pillows in one room were so big, no one could use them.

Excellent mattresses. SPA ladies are great.

We loved everything! No complaints.

Food was excellent, loved the pool and our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the 2 toilets and showers, a great surprise. The gardens were so gorgeous with lots of Bali ornaments and antiques everywhere. But not to forget every staff member we met were so friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights and every night was very noise and could not sleep good. In 1 night was a wedding, in another night a party that last until morning. Staff was very noisy during night.

The villas and garden is unique, very nice and traditional Balinese.
