The Kitchen needs an upgrade urgently ! The utensils are in dire need of replacing - some tlc throughout the Villa would go a long way to making the stay more comfortable - the check in procedure is a little strange and the location on Google maps takes you to the wrong place

The Villa was very well laid out, great outdoor space and lovely to have a pool on your doorstep - the rooms were spacious and close to an excellent supermarket a 5 minute walk away

The location, 10 mins to GWK by motorcycle and 10 mins walk to Jimbaran Sidewalk Mall. So easy to find. All the staffs were so friendly, properties are well managed.

Big and spacious, perfect for family. Booked for 2 BR but they gave us 3 BR. Super!

Well, as it have been quite obvious during my 2 weeks stays, and as advise from someone that did work in the hospitality industry, it’s really time that you get new and fresh blankets and make sure that your bleaching company/laundry company do well the job. Stains on sheets, comforter, blankets or pillows or towels can’t happen in this kind of business. They all need to be cleaned after each of your clients too! The most important for an hotel is your clients to feel a clean bed. You should check up after your customers that do damage it so you can act on it. I did appreciate that at the end of my stay you did purchase news one tho! Clients shouldn’t have to ask to have the « clean» sheets and blankets to be changed after the housekeeping team. But this wasn’t the housekeeping fault as all the blankets were cleaned but permanently stained. I would advise a proper check list and a check up before giving the room to a new client. ( making sure all is working properly, clean at all points, all necessities) Having the aircon on before a new client and before changing the sheets would also avoid the humidity being trap in the sheets. Also I would advise to make sure that furnitures are being cleaned too, as the walls that can be cleaned ( ex : bathroom, bed structures, shelves etc.. ) and not only the floor. Carpets need also specific wash. But I thank you to have take my comments in consideration and to have make my stay pleasant. The place need to be a bit refreshed at some area ( paints and tiny works) but it’s not a main issue. The place have a great potential

I did end to have a pleasant stay in your place even if honestly it wasn’t reaching my expectations as a 4-5 stars hotel as advertised. But, I have to say that the host and workers there have try their best to improve the quality and customer services. They also been very responsive and always keeping the smile even if I know that I have ask a lot of improvements. The staff have been helpful and I appreciate their time given. The special attention of an early breakfast for take away the day of my departure was really appreciated too. The quiet of the pool area is also a big plus in the place, really enjoyable with the garden. A good place to rest. They listen when you ask for something and act, so that’s a big quality I would like to mention. The Sidewalk mall being 5 min walk distance is also a nice advantage as you can get few restaurant nearby.

Such a great accommodation and great people! Everything was clean, everyone was super helpful :) the location is great as well, you have a calm night but just a few minutes to the next mall to and center. I loved it and would definitely come back🥰 (Just a little tip to safe you nerves.. the address on booking is wrong if you open it with google maps I think)

Stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived they didn’t give us the villa we rented- first they didn’t say anything and casually gave us keys for other villa, then when we asked about it (that this is not the villa-type we rented)they kept lying to us that villa we rented is under construction and doesn’t have electricity and so on. At last they said that the villa we booked is occupied with other visitors, because they overbooked it. On the second day of our stay (after long arguing with staff) we got the villa we rented beacause they kicked out other visitors. They havent give us any refund for first night! Both villas have lot of ants…also breakfast didn’t meet our expectations (feels like they dont use any salt for omlettes and coffee was so strong we couldnt drink it)…villas ar very far from everything, defenetly need a taxi…

Not the hotel's fault, my unsatisfaction was with the region (Jimbaran), definitely, I wouldn't be back. About the hotel, nothing to complain about.

Amicable staff; everybody was very helpful and polite. The room was pretty decent. Close to the hotel there is a mall with some good options to eat and drink, very useful!

slightly further away from centre than we realised, has to rely on grabs to get anywhere. pool area a lot smaller than we realised but not many rooms so had it to ourselves most days.

- We found a dead cockroach in the kitchen when arrived - The curtain near front door is a bit dirty - In the third day, my room was not cleaned/serviced - The bedsheet is not changed daily

This is my second time staying there: - Internet still fast around 90Mbps DL/UL. This was my main reason choosing this place again - Breakfast is not buffet, taste ok.

The receptionist didn't seem to be informed that we were coming. She had to confirm our arrival with someone (presumably the owner or manager), even though we clearly contacted them a day before via the provided phone number. We wish they would be more prepared, though. I also noticed a small stain on the duvet.

The price was so worth it! The place was easy to locate with plenty of space to park our car. It was quiet, and the shared pool was relatively clean enough (it was so crucial, because most places don't bother to clean their pool during the pandemic). I love how the room amenities are fully provided. The staff was also kind enough to bring us two bottled water for free when we asked for them.
