Villa doesn't supply soap so bring your own. The location is a little isolated but there are many restaurants that will do pickup and drop off. Take ear plugs for a good nights sleep - its called villa dog for a reason! :)

Paul went out of his way to accommodate us, especially when he discovered our adult son had ambulatory issues - swapped us to a villa that had fewer steps. He also arranged to have our yummy breakfasts delivered. Getting a good local driver is helpful too.

Bad road to the villa. Smell in the bathroom of the first villa and vent didn’t work in the second villa.

First week I lived in the villa with stinky bathroom and asked for room change. I’ve got change and it was really better. Good value for the price. Facilities ok for me. Wi-Fi was good (except 2 days), I stayed for a month. Place a bit far from everywhere, but I liked it. There is common kitchen with drinking water, that is recharged if you ask. I liked the dogs and neighbors. Staff is friendly and helping. Garden is great.

We keep coming back - the place is near our favourite beach in Bali, and is pet-friendly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and the host has been very helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit.

The rent was charged in advanced despite having chosen to pay later. The room was supposed to have air conditioner, but it didn´t work, it was really hot inside. We made the claim and require a refund of part of the money but they didn’t fix it nor gave back any money. Moreover, the bathroom smell like a sewer. The price-quality ratio isn't good. We definitely don't recommend this place, it was very disappointing.

We didn't use the pool but it seemed good. The staff tried unsuccessfully to solve the problems of the room we rented.

The fridge actually made milk and water warmer than when I bought it, it was obviously near broken as it was turned to its max. The ants were everywhere. I understand seeing them around, but there were hundreds down in the kitchen and too many to count on the upstairs balcony (I bought ant spray to keep them from the bedroom). The toilet sprayer was broken so you needed to turn the water to toilet on and off every time you used it to prevent water from spraying when not in use (it was off when I arrived). There are zero amenities... I mean not even soap for your hands or bin bags for the bins (make sure you have dish soap, bin bags, hand soap and of course all of your shower needs.) Perhaps this last bit is on me, but it is in the middle of nothing. It is an absolute must to have a bike. There is a Gojek extra fee to come there, so have your bike before because you can't find one anywhere near there. Lastly if this sounds ok for you make sure you understand when you come there you need to find someone that works there to check you in. I got lucky and found a guest after ten minutes that yelled for one of the employees (they don't have a reception) I don't like writing bad reviews but I wish just half of my issues were known before booking (no amenities, have your own bike, no reception)

There was a nice sea view from the second story of the villa. It was private (only 5 other villas) and relatively peaceful excluding the big resort that is being built a few KM away. The kitchen / dinning area was large. The bedroom was large and clean. Overall the villa was very clean, but needed some maintenance.

It was a bit stressful checking in as there was nobody there for about 20min. I was walking around wondering if I was even at the right place as there is no check in desk or anything. Eventually my taxi driver flagged down a lady and she checked me in. She did not give me the wifi password so I had to get it from one of the neighbours. The neighbours were playing loud music and I tried knocking several times with no answer. I could not pay by card because "the machine was not working" which just means they do not want to pay tax and I have to now fork out ridiculous withdrawal fees. The poor woman managing check in was frantic because I did not have enough cash on me and I had to go to an ATM the next day. It is not her fault if the machine is "broken". It is unreasonable to expect me to go to an ATM at 9pm at night. I paid in cash the next day when I got back from my day in Uluwatu and apparently her boss was very unhappy with her. This is not fair on her. The property is in the middle of nowhere and grabs are even difficult to come by there.

The fact that both the listing and website state there is a restaurant on site, only to find out this isn't the case and restaurants, shops or supermarkets were miles away and would have to get a car or scooter hired and not given any notice of this. We were expecting to eat onsite the first night and we're not offered any other options. Wifi was not working when we first got there either. One of the railings on stairs up to the bedroom was broken and dangerous and had been for some time. We had to ask for water to go into water cooler, even though there was plenty of notice. No bed cover on the bed only sheets and marks on pillows and sheets didn't feel clean. The toilet cistern stopped filling and wouldn't flush within a day. We understand that it wasn't luxury accommodation but did expect it to be what was advertised.

The pool was nice, staff were helpful with luggage. Beautiful garden area and roomy accommodation.

OWNER has been impolite and disrespectful, big ego and bad communication, ignore me and almost threatening for any sort of answer. Almost never here and the room staff dont speak English (there are lovely however)Never seen it in any hostel, especially a villa. NOISE, as usually in Bali the hotel is still in process building in the villa, and noise of buildings not far the whole day. NOISE, neighbours keep playing music, movies videos games the whole day and late in the evening, impossible to change despite my claim. The isolation is very bad. Rules are not respected and the owner didn't care at all. NOISE : I love dogs but all of them are not under control of an owner, noise of dogs at any new motorbike arriving and also in the nights are pretty annoying. I don't recommend. Bad general opinion and journey there for a quiet high price and not much services included.

Nice view, garden and pool very green and clean. Nice chill out places even if uqiet small. Big space inside, confy and quiet clean Veranda is a plus with a quick view on the sea. A lot of storage and cooking stuffs.

Only 1 person from staff knew a little English. The rest I had to use Google translate to communicate. I had the studio further on the left where the water pump was installed so everytime someone flushed or had a shower I heard noise across the wall

Fell in love with this villa, the 6 dogs, and my split level studio. . I had everything I needed with a good view plus a very clean swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and cleaned rooms and areas every day. Hot water available, towels, AC, kitchenette area few steps away, and the lovely sound of the waves. 20-minute walk from the beach and easily reachable by grab or gojek.

no hot water. terrible wifi connection. infested with ants and bugs. no outdoor light. trouble finding on maps. “roads” to entrance almost impossible to drive on. was guaranteed free cancellation as I hadn’t paid yet according to booking.con but when I asked to reduce my stay from 2 nights to 1 night as I had other plans booked, they refused and said I had to pay for both nights. since they already had my bank details I couldn’t leave.

Really Far from the beach and city center, lost in the country side and not easy to find. Once our driver found this place, we were welcomed by a very disrespectful owner screaming at our driver and us, telling us to hurry since he decided to add extra charges fort late check-in ! He then never said hello during our stay. In brief, go to local places where people know their jobs and are not here only for your money !

The small stretch of road leading to the property is a little tough on a scooter but don't let that stop you from going. It's manageable, just bumpy.

We loved the place. We are big dog lovers so it was perfect. The pool was great, the room was awesome. We were in one of the tiny houses and it was the perfect space for 2 people. The staff were so friendly and it was close to some great beaches.

The breakfast which was marketed was not even close to reality. A property should display something more inline with what they offer. The breakfast does not resemble what is promoted. Not even close. Which is fine, but don't promote something you do not offer. The owner of the property is very rude. When we asked about no internet and no electricity he said we were blackmailing him.. when we mentioned the 4 angry dogs on property seemed dangerous he said its because we don't like animals.. (we love animals). When we mention about the breakfast.. he said what do you expect a full blown buffet.. When I asked what his name was he said "dog".. I now see it is Paul. When we left the property the owner cancelled our reservation so we could not leave a review. We had to contact booking.com to either get a refund or leave a review.. we were not going to accept none of these 2 options. I personally would not recommend this property not even for $10 a night. The pool was gross, the dogs are intimidating here, its isoated, and the owner is not very professional.l

Great staff and hotel is truly pet friendly. The owner like me is a dog lover and owns several dogs. He also feeds dozens of Bali dogs (stray dogs).This is a hotel that is truly pet friendly and if you want to take your holiday and not leave your pet behiid this hotel is for you. It's also a very quiet peaceful place. As for the hotel itseslf I have traveled a great deal and stayed in many hotels but this is the one time i have rated a hoel a perfect 10. It has a beautiful swimming pool, the view from the bed of the mountains is stunning, it has a real kitchen with cooking utensils. It's just a great value for the money.
